msm: mdss: Fix apq8084 compilation failure
Due to the increase in the mdp overlay struct size, the stack size
limitation for functions is exceeded in apq8084, when the struct is
is declared as a local variable. Fix issue by using heap memory for
overlay struct instead of stack memory.
