msm: mdss: enable pwm backlight during cont splash
PWM drivers goes to bad state and cleans up the
backlight configuration on PMIC if config is called
without enable. DSI driver should enable the PWM
during continuous splash to add a refcount like
clock and regulator enable. This avoids calling
PWM APIs with invalid structures.
