mdss: dsi: Control MDSS bus clocks from within DSI driver
DSI driver needs to ensure that the MDSS AHB and AXI bus
clocks are enabled before accessing any registers or
sending DSI commands, to avoid potential unclocked register
accesses or DMA timeouts.
