usb: qdss: Fix compilation error with USB QDSS
compilation error seen with redefinition of usb_bam_alloc_fifos
and usb_bam_free_fifos APIs. Fix this issue by adding proper
check, removing usb_bam.h as part of f_qdss.h and fixing makefile.
