msm: mdss: hdmi: Add CEC interrupt bit macro
Use a macro for the interrupt bits and
use bitwise complement instead of logical
negation when disabling HDMI CEC interrupt.
Using logical negation will evaluate to 0
which will set the entire register value to
0 instead of just bits 1, 3, and 7.
