msm: mdss: Enable rotator bandwidth compression
Bandwidth compression is an msm8974v2 capability in the mdss rotator
blocks that needs to be supported for interleaved and pseduo planar
formats. It reduces load on the VBIF for subsequent fetches thereby
improving performance and power.
