Revert "mmc: sdhci-msm: Disable pm functionalities"
This reverts commit 2fabf4b6aea9f66fb340f556f3cad1d0d99c8e0f.
Reverting the temporarily disabled clk gating feature.
Clk scaling still remains disabled.
