ARM: dts: add sharp 1080p cmd mode panel support
Add support for the sharp 1080p command mode panel
on 8996. This panel can be selected by using the
oem override command mentioned below:
- fastboot oem select-display-panel
prim:sharp_1080p_cmd:skip
