mmc: block: avoid HPI for some Kingston cards
Certain cards might get broken when HPI feature is used.
This patch uses the HPI quirk to avoid the usage
of HPI on Kingston MMC16G cards that have
EXT_CSD_REV = 5 (mmc version 4.41)
