msm: 8974: MHL Scratchpad interface implementation
MHL Scratchpad provides an interface for
the MHL peer devices to communicate with each other
Each device shall provide a sixteen
byte writeable memory space to its peer.
This change implements the scratchpad read and write
interfaces for MHL Tx chipset.
