msm: 8974: MHL MSC/RCP/RAP feature implementation
MHL implementation in 8974 for handling CBUS interrupts to
enable and handle MSC translation control packets.
This change also includes implementation of RCP/RAP
protocols by registering MHL driver as input device
and building key code mapping.
