iommu/arm-smmu: select ARM64_DMA_USE_IOMMU
ARM64's dma-mapping.c is getting support for IOMMUs. Select
ARM64_DMA_USE_IOMMU for ARM64 so that the generic DMA APIs can leverage
IOMMU mappings.
