usb: gadget: udc: atmel: Fix interrupt storm in FIFO mode.

Fix interrupt storm generated by endpoints when working in FIFO mode.
The TX_COMPLETE interrupt is used only by control endpoints processing.
Do not enable it for other types of endpoints.
