soc: qcom: glink: Refactor rwref lock mechanism
Add an option to rwref locks that allow the lock functions
to spin when acquiring the lock. Change completion variable
to use waitqueues for sleep functionality.
Change rwref reference function calls to use locking functions
where code reads or writes the context state.
