Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Add initial support for msm8998-9x55"

This reverts commit a87cd547f684 ("ARM: dts: msm: Add initial
support for msm8998-9x55").

8998-9x55 platform doesn't need to be supported on this branch,
hence, remove support for it.
