Use FW reported frequencies as center channel frequencies
In LTE CoEx, Rome FW had the change to unify behaviour with Pronto,
i.e. reporting channel center frequencies rather than boundaries.
To suit for this change, changes in WMA for frequency adjustment
is now rolled back.
