ARM: dts: msm: update VDD_APCC CPR voltage adjustments for msm8996pro
Update the VDD_APCC CPR open-loop and closed-loop voltage adjustments for MSM8996-Pro based upon characterization results. This ensures stability and minimum power consumption. Reuse the CPR revision 1 adjustment values for future CPR revisions (2 - 7) for forward compatibility.
