regulator: msm_gfx_ldo: correct various coding style issues
Correct warnings flagged by checkpatch. In particular, modify
the following:
- Use octal file permissions instead of symbolic.
- Change variables of type 'unsigned' to 'unsigned int'.
- Correct a minor whitespace inconsistency.
