clk: qcom: Add support to convert the clock rate to KHz
Before sending the RPM clock rate request, rate should be in KHz so fixing the same by converting the rate to KHz and also fix some clock ids. Change-Id: I3fb59f96b419bdb91f9a04cc47ab1c23d15dc74b Signed-off-by: Amit Nischal <anischal@codeaurora.org>
