list_lru_count_node() iterates over all memcgs to get the total number of
entries on the node but it can race with memcg_drain_all_list_lrus(),
which migrates the entries from a dead cgroup to another. This can return
incorrect number of entries from list_lru_count_node().
Fix this by keeping track of entries per node and simply return it in
list_lru_count_node().

Lennert reported a failure to add different mpls encaps in a multipath
route:

RTNETLINK answers: File exists
The problem is that the duplicate nexthop detection does not compare
lwtunnel configuration. Add it.

The BINDER_GET_NODE_DEBUG_INFO ioctl will return debug info on
a node. Each successive call reusing the previous return value
will return the next node. The data will be used by
libmemunreachable to mark the pointers with kernel references
as reachable.

The way the schedutil governor uses the PELT metric causes it to
underestimate the CPU utilization in some cases.
That can be easily demonstrated by running kernel compilation on
a Sandy Bridge Intel processor, running turbostat in parallel with
it and looking at the values written to the MSR_IA32_PERF_CTL
register. Namely, the expected result would be that when all CPUs
were 100% busy, all of them would be requested to run in the maximum
P-state, but observation shows that this clearly isn't the case.
The CPUs run in the maximum P-state for a while and then are
requested to run slower and go back to the maximum P-state after
a while again. That causes the actual frequency of the processor to
visibly oscillate below the sustainable maximum in a jittery fashion
which clearly is not desirable.
That has been attributed to CPU utilization metric updates on task
migration that cause the total utilization value for the CPU to be
reduced by the utilization of the migrated task. If that happens,
the schedutil governor may see a CPU utilization reduction and will
attempt to reduce the CPU frequency accordingly right away. That
may be premature, though, for example if the system is generally
busy and there are other runnable tasks waiting to be run on that
CPU already.
This is unlikely to be an issue on systems where cpufreq policies are
shared between multiple CPUs, because in those cases the policy
utilization is computed as the maximum of the CPU utilization values
over the whole policy and if that turns out to be low, reducing the
frequency for the policy most likely is a good idea anyway. On
systems with one CPU per policy, however, it may affect performance
adversely and even lead to increased energy consumption in some cases.
On those systems it may be addressed by taking another utilization
metric into consideration, like whether or not the CPU whose
frequency is about to be reduced has been idle recently, because if
that's not the case, the CPU is likely to be busy in the near future
and its frequency should not be reduced.
To that end, use the counter of idle calls in the timekeeping code.
Namely, make the schedutil governor look at that counter for the
current CPU every time before its frequency is about to be reduced.
If the counter has not changed since the previous iteration of the
governor computations for that CPU, the CPU has been busy for all
that time and its frequency should not be decreased, so if the new
frequency would be lower than the one set previously, the governor
will skip the frequency update.

This change adds flags to flat_binder_object.flags
to allow indicating a minimum scheduling policy for
the node. It also clarifies the valid value range
for the priority bits in the flags.
Internally, we use the priority map that the kernel
uses, e.g. [0..99] for real-time policies and [100..139]
for the SCHED_NORMAL/SCHED_BATCH policies.

Add support for parsing the RGB and YCC quantization
selectable field from the Video Capability Data block(VCDB)
of the EDID.
These fields help to decide whether the default quantization
range for a particular video format can be overridden by the
source.

The wcn external gpio configuration has moved to WLAN firmware
code. To avoid the gpio resource request conflict and power offload
failure between wcnss platform driver and WLAN firmware.
Remove external gpio configuration from the wcnss platform driver.

The wcnss wlan module power up sequence has been changed.
To add support for the wcnss new power up sequence configured
3.3v external GPIO in wcnss platform driver.
Add check for the target to support the 3.3v external gpio for
the wcnss power up and routine to control the gpio like gpio
init, enable, disable for the device power management in different
state of the wcnss wlan device.

The WLAN dual band support vary from target to target
and to enable/disable dual band support for a particular
target the wcnss platform driver read the wlan hardware
qfuse register and export the dual band capability info
to wlan host driver to enable/disable this dual band feature.
Add export symbol for dual band capability info.

It is a hardware requirement to increase snoc clock frequency
in HID sniff mode due to low wlan throughput. To provide this,

Per client lan statistics feature requires fetching data
from IPA Q6 and share it with user space application.
For UL firewall, v6 rules are sent to IPA Q6 in case of
whitelisting to allow only specific connections and drop
the rest of the connections.

There are several algorithms which modify the charge current in steps
across the charge cycle. CC_STEP is used to notify of all the upcoming
charge currents.
The CC_STEP_SEL property is used to select the index of the CC_STEP to
read or modify using the CC_STEP property.

The MND values and the PLL output divider configuration does
not match the recommended values. When setting DSI pixel clock
rate the MND array is ordered in a way that the requested
rate goes from highest to lowest. Since the recommendation is
to divide the clocks as close to VCO as possible, the request
should be from lowest to highest. So reversing the fraction
array to match the recommendation. The VCO min max rates are
currently forced after pll output divider which is also fixed.

When umount of a partition fails with EBUSY there is
no indication as to what is keeping the mount point busy.
Add support to print a kernel log showing what files
are open on this mount point.
Also add a new new config option CONFIG_FILE_TABLE_DEBUG to
enable this feature.

HDR playback needs metadata to be sent to the sink
while the playback is ongoing and needs a proper
teardown sequence when the playback has ended with respect
to the infoframe being sent to the sink.
This needs a state machine to synchronize start/stop of
the playback with sending the right metadata along with
resetting the infoframe HDMI registers.
Add support for this HDR playback control state machine.

Driver needs to pass qdss data received from mdm qdss
bridge driver to host PC. This requires a software data
path using IN endpoint. Bridge driver needs to open
qdss_mdm channel and use exported write() API to pass
the qdss data received from mdm. Driver calls the notify
call back upon write completion.

With the introduction of MinkIPC for TA-to-TA communication,
if a request for blocking a TA (on a busy listener) is received
by qseecom, it may not be originated from the last TA to which
a command (or unblock response) was sent to. So, make change
to use a session_id instead of app_id to uniquely identify this
blocked request and a new cmd ID to support this smcinvoke-aware
listener operation.

ALSA lacks support to accept shared memory supplied
from userspace. But some usecases need to get a shareable
file descriptor for the dma buffer. As an alternate
to adding custom ioctls to the ALSA framework, use
a hwdep node to get a file descriptor to the underlying dma buffer.
Maintain compat mode as well.
