glibc's net/if.h contains copies of definitions from linux/if.h and these
conflict and cause build failures if both files are included by application
source code. Changes in uapi headers, which fixed header file dependencies to
include linux/if.h when it was needed, e.g. commit 1ffad83d, made the
net/if.h and linux/if.h incompatibilities visible as build failures for
userspace applications like iproute2 and xtables-addons.

The VSync polarity was negative instead of positive for the 4k CEA formats.
I probably copy-and-pasted these from the DMT 4k format, which does have a

When clients specify color space information, venus HW
should embed it in the bit stream. This helps to
regenerate original colors when decoded by decoder.
When decoder detects the color space VUI, Venus fills
the corresponding extradata

Adaptive variable refresh(AVR) allows timing modification of a current
frame by extending the vertical front porch values. This helps
shifting the vsync to slowest vsync interval supported by panel when
GPU rendering ready event is delayed. Define an interface for AVR to
enable client to control AVR settings. Validate client input for AVR
and configure the corresponding AVR registers.

Set IPA BCR register value according to HW type.

The driver extended capabilities may differ for different
interface types which the userspace needs to know (for
example the fine timing measurement initiator and responder
bits might differ for a station and AP). Add a new nl80211
attribute to provide extended capabilities per interface type
to userspace.

Map the GPU QDSS STM area as a global into the GPU
IOMMU so that GPU traces can be routed to QDSS.
Enable the gpuaddr and size of the area to be queried
from userspace.

A new post-processing ioctl is added to pass AD backlight threshold
and AD backlight low limit to driver. AD backlight low limit is used
to prevent very small backlight value been sent to AD core, which
will cause over-sensitivity for AD core.

Some test applications intentionally generate a GPU fault for
various reasons. Because a GPU fault generates a snapshot and
snapshots are persistent until they are pulled, running the test
application may take up the snapshot slot and prevent a real fault
from being captured and debugged.
This flag allows the draw context to intentionally avoid generating
a snapshot.

Commit 9d99a8dda154 ("nvme: move hardware structures out of the uapi
version of nvme.h") renamed nvme.h to nvme_ioctl.h, but the uapi list
still refers to nvme.h. People trying to install the headers hit a
failure as the header no longer exists.

In RESUMING state, WM is stopped causing skip in diverted buffers.
Add drop reporting for these frames, so that modules down stream can
be notified in case of reg_update miss.

Add a cold_boot parameter which supplements the
boot_reason sysctl entry with information about
whether the system was booted from cold or warm state.
/proc/sys/kernel/cold_boot entry is updated with 1 or 0 when
system was booted from cold or warm boot state respecitively.

Camera daemon process is moving to mediaserver
process. MCT will send contol command
to indicate camera daemon is present or not.
For backward compatibility, add check
so kernel can support camera daemon present
and camera daemon not present.

IGC module is updated for mdss V3 version, which needs to be exposed
to user-space. Change adds interface support to expose the IGC module to
user-space clients.

Picture adjustment block on msmcobalt mdss supports dithering module.
Module can be programmed by driver clients for a logical display.
Change adds support for enabling the PA dither block.

Currently we enable CDR for every read command including
for tuning procedure which is not correct (as CDR if
enabled might correct the phase during tuning and we
wont be able to detect the correct phase during tuning).
So, disable CDR for read tuning commands.
