Add support for Intel R200 depth camera in uvc driver.
This includes adding new uvc GUIDs for the new pixel formats,
adding new V4L pixel format definition to user api headers,
and updating the uvc driver GUID-to-4cc tables with the new formats.

Currently some "Unspecified error 0x80004005" is reported on the Windows
side if something fails. Handle the ENOSPC case and return
ERROR_DISK_FULL, which allows at least Copy-VMFile to report a meaning
full error.

Add a new USB_SPEED_SUPER_PLUS device speed, and make sure usb core can
handle the new speed.
In most cases the behaviour is the same as with USB_SPEED_SUPER SuperSpeed
devices. In a few places we add a "Plus" string to inform the user of the
new speed.

Fix RTA_UID enum to match it with the Android userspace code which
assumes RTA_UID=18.
With this patch all Android kernel networking unit tests mentioned here
https://source.android.com/devices/tech/config/kernel_network_tests.html
are success.
Without this patch multinetwork_test.py unit test fails.

Add option to put the isp hardware in secure smmu mode. The
isp stats will still be in non secure mode. Add ioctl to
indicate which buffer queue will be in secure mode so that
they can be mapped in secure mode

kgsl_ioctl_gpu_sparse_command() is added to for user to
specify list of binds/unbinds for a memory entry
and syncpoints they depend on. If user specifies both
create a sync object for syncpoints and bind object for
binds/unbinds and add them to dispatcher draw queue. Sync
object should be inserted before the bind object in the
draw queue. Once the bind object reaches the head of
draw queue the corresponding binds/unbinds are performed.
kgsl_ioctl_gpu_sparse_command() only accepts commands from
context created with flag KGSL_CONTEXT_SPARSE, commands
from all other context types will return an error.

Validate eeprom_name string length before copying into
the userspace buffer.
If more data than required is copied, userspace has the access to
some of kernel data which is not intended.
This change will fix the issue.

Add sysfs and ioctl to adjust HDMI clock rate by certain PPM.
This function is required by clock recovery in broadcast in
which HDMI PLL should be adjusted in order to reduce the clock
drift in broadcast.

Remove the secure_camera ctrl_id unless the support is available
from the sde rotator driver. If this id is defined and functionality
is not present in the V4L2 driver it causes the rotator use cases
to fail.

Currently, only one partial update ROI is supported, with
multiple partial update feature the driver would support
two partial update ROIs. The commit structs left_roi and
right_roi along with a special flag are used to pass the
two ROIs to the driver to minimize interface changes. MDP
will add the two ROIs which is width aligned and configures
the LMs accordingly and updates the panel info with the
dual roi configs, so DSI is aware of multiple PU config and
send DCS commands accordingly.

These structures are defined only if __USE_MISC is set in glibc net/if.h
headers, ie when _BSD_SOURCE or _SVID_SOURCE are defined.

It is entirely possible that some PMUs need specific configuration
that is currently not found in the perf options before a session
can be setup.
It is the case for the CoreSight PMU where a sink needs to be
provided. That sink doesn't fall in any of the current perf
options.
As such this patch adds the capability to receive driver
specific configuration using the existing ioctl() mechanism.
Once the configuration has been pushed down the kernel PMU
callbacks are used to deal with the information sent from user
space.

Allows FUSE to report to inotify that it is acting
as a layered filesystem. The userspace component
returns a string representing the location of the
underlying file. If the string cannot be resolved
into a path, the top level path is returned instead.

This driver adds support for the STM CoreSight IP block, allowing any
system compoment (HW or SW) to log and aggregate messages via a
single entity.
The CoreSight STM exposes an application defined number of channels
called stimulus port. Configuration is done using entries in sysfs
and channels made available to userspace via configfs.
