Update compress driver to support configuration of DSP render
window. Render window is used by DSP to take rendering decision.
i.e whether input frame should be rendered, dropped or repeated.

Update compress driver to support configuration of DSP clock
recovery mode. Supported modes are auto and none. In auto mode
DSP does clock recovery based on avtimer and device drift otherwise
it ignores drift.

With major controllers - cpu, memory and io - shaping up for the
unified hierarchy, cgroup2 is about ready to be, gradually, released
into the wild. Replace __DEVEL__sane_behavior flag which was used to
select the unified hierarchy with a separate filesystem type "cgroup2"
so that unified hierarchy can be mounted as follows.
mount -t cgroup2 none $MOUNT_POINT
The cgroup2 fs has its own magic number - 0x63677270 ("cgrp").

Previously all data passed over binder needed
to be serialized, with the exception of Binder
objects and file descriptors.
This patchs adds support for scatter-gathering raw
memory buffers into a binder transaction, avoiding
the need to first serialize them into a Parcel.
To remain backwards compatibile with existing
binder clients, it introduces two new command
ioctls for this purpose - BC_TRANSACTION_SG and
BC_REPLY_SG. These commands may only be used with
the new binder_transaction_data_sg structure,
which adds a field for the total size of the
buffers we are scatter-gathering.
Because memory buffers may contain pointers to
other buffers, we allow callers to specify
a parent buffer and an offset into it, to indicate
this is a location pointing to the buffer that
we are fixing up. The kernel will then take care
of fixing up the pointer to that buffer as well.

flat_binder_object is used for both handling
binder objects and file descriptors, even though
the two are mostly independent. Since we'll
have more fixup objects in binder in the future,
instead of extending flat_binder_object again,
split out file descriptors to their own object
while retaining backwards compatibility to
existing user-space clients. All binder objects
just share a header.

This adds the capability for a process that has CAP_NET_ADMIN on
a socket to see the socket mark in socket dumps.
Commit a52e95abf772 ("net: diag: allow socket bytecode filters to
match socket marks") recently gave privileged processes the
ability to filter socket dumps based on mark. This patch is
complementary: it ensures that the mark is also passed to
userspace in the socket's netlink attributes. It is useful for
tools like ss which display information about sockets.

This allows a privileged process to filter by socket mark when
dumping sockets via INET_DIAG_BY_FAMILY. This is useful on
systems that use mark-based routing such as Android.
The ability to filter socket marks requires CAP_NET_ADMIN, which
is consistent with other privileged operations allowed by the
SOCK_DIAG interface such as the ability to destroy sockets and
the ability to inspect BPF filters attached to packet sockets.

Add support to inet_diag facility to filter sockets based on device
index. If an interface index is in the filter only sockets bound
to that index (sk_bound_dev_if) are returned.

This patch introduces run-time migration feature for zspage.
For migration, VM uses page.lru field so it would be better to not use
page.next field which is unified with page.lru for own purpose. For
that, firstly, we can get first object offset of the page via runtime
calculation instead of using page.index so we can use page.index as link
for page chaining instead of page.next.
In case of huge object, it stores handle to page.index instead of next
link of page chaining because huge object doesn't need to next link for
page chaining. So get_next_page need to identify huge object to return
NULL. For it, this patch uses PG_owner_priv_1 flag of the page flag.
For migration, it supports three functions
* zs_page_isolate
It isolates a zspage which includes a subpage VM want to migrate from
class so anyone cannot allocate new object from the zspage.
We could try to isolate a zspage by the number of subpage so subsequent
isolation trial of other subpage of the zpsage shouldn't fail. For
that, we introduce zspage.isolated count. With that, zs_page_isolate
can know whether zspage is already isolated or not for migration so if
it is isolated for migration, subsequent isolation trial can be
successful without trying further isolation.
* zs_page_migrate
First of all, it holds write-side zspage->lock to prevent migrate other
subpage in zspage. Then, lock all objects in the page VM want to
migrate. The reason we should lock all objects in the page is due to
race between zs_map_object and zs_page_migrate.

If zs_page_migrate doesn't do trypin_tag, zs_map_object's page can be
stale by migration so it goes crash.
If it locks all of objects successfully, it copies content from old page
to new one, finally, create new zspage chain with new page. And if it's
last isolated subpage in the zspage, put the zspage back to class.
* zs_page_putback
It returns isolated zspage to right fullness_group list if it fails to
migrate a page. If it find a zspage is ZS_EMPTY, it queues zspage
freeing to workqueue. See below about async zspage freeing.
This patch introduces asynchronous zspage free. The reason to need it
is we need page_lock to clear PG_movable but unfortunately, zs_free path
should be atomic so the apporach is try to grab page_lock. If it got
page_lock of all of pages successfully, it can free zspage immediately.
Otherwise, it queues free request and free zspage via workqueue in
process context.
If zs_free finds the zspage is isolated when it try to free zspage, it
delays the freeing until zs_page_putback finds it so it will free free
the zspage finally.
In this patch, we expand fullness_list from ZS_EMPTY to ZS_FULL. First
of all, it will use ZS_EMPTY list for delay freeing. And with adding
ZS_FULL list, it makes to identify whether zspage is isolated or not via
list_empty(&zspage->list) test.

Now, VM has a feature to migrate non-lru movable pages so balloon
doesn't need custom migration hooks in migrate.c and compaction.c.
Instead, this patch implements the page->mapping->a_ops->
{isolate|migrate|putback} functions.
With that, we could remove hooks for ballooning in general migration
functions and make balloon compaction simple.

Remove the IOMMU_WRITE bit from buffer objects that are
marked MSM_BO_GPU_READONLY. Add a new flag (MSM_BO_PRIVILEGED)

Modify the 'pad' member of struct drm_msm_gem_info to 'hint'. If the
user sets 'hint' to non-zero it means that they want a IOVA for the
GEM object instead of a mmap() offset. Return the iova in the 'offset'
member.

We need this for GL_TIMESTAMP queries.
Note: currently only supported on a4xx.. a3xx doesn't have this
always-on counter. I think we could emulate it with the one CP
counter that is available, but for now it is of limited usefulness
on a3xx (since we can't seem to do time-elapsed queries in any sane
way with the existing firmware on a3xx, and if you are trying to do
profiling on a tiler you want time-elapsed). We can add that later
if it becomes useful.

We need this in userspace for interpreting some of the perf ctrs.
Note possibly not quite sufficient if we had some frequency mgmt
approach other than race-to-idle. Not really sure what the best
thing to do if we did. Although displaying results as a percentage

Define an interface to help user-space to pass the HDR stream
information to the driver which will be used in configuring HDMI
and DP interfaces.

Host will set the Venus firmware in below modes
1. If the load of current video session exceeds
the venus capability, video driver sets power
save mode for that session.
2. If an usecase is recommended to run in power
save mode to get power benefits, video driver
configures the session in power save mode.
3. If any V4L2 client makes an explicit call to
configure the usecase in a certain perf mode,
video driver sets the same to venus firmware,
unless restricted by core capability.

Previously all data passed over binder needed
to be serialized, with the exception of Binder
objects and file descriptors.
This patchs adds support for scatter-gathering raw
memory buffers into a binder transaction, avoiding
the need to first serialize them into a Parcel.
To remain backwards compatibile with existing
binder clients, it introduces two new command
ioctls for this purpose - BC_TRANSACTION_SG and
BC_REPLY_SG. These commands may only be used with
the new binder_transaction_data_sg structure,
which adds a field for the total size of the
buffers we are scatter-gathering.
Because memory buffers may contain pointers to
other buffers, we allow callers to specify
a parent buffer and an offset into it, to indicate
this is a location pointing to the buffer that
we are fixing up. The kernel will then take care
of fixing up the pointer to that buffer as well.

flat_binder_object is used for both handling
binder objects and file descriptors, even though
the two are mostly independent. Since we'll
have more fixup objects in binder in the future,
instead of extending flat_binder_object again,
split out file descriptors to their own object
while retaining backwards compatibility to
existing user-space clients. All binder objects
just share a header.
