HDR playback needs metadata to be sent to the sink
while the playback is ongoing and needs a proper
teardown sequence when the playback has ended with respect
to the infoframe being sent to the sink.
This needs a state machine to synchronize start/stop of
the playback with sending the right metadata along with
resetting the infoframe HDMI registers.
Add support for this HDR playback control state machine.

This new driver is meant to be a cross-platform abstraction
layer for utilizing the underlying hypervisor system.
This API can be accessed from both user and kernel sides.
The intended users of this are the multimedia drivers who want
to communicate with the host OS to use the multimedia hardware.

This change enables a new LP property to specify panel specific
low power modes. This is needed to differentiate between normal
panel "on" and "on but low power" scenarios, something that
is not available through the standard DRM DPMS property.
The sde connector calculates a consolidated "power mode" setting
between the DPMS and LP properties and provides a callback to
the underlying display driver(s) whenever one of them is updated.

The BINDER_GET_NODE_DEBUG_INFO ioctl will return debug info on
a node. Each successive call reusing the previous return value
will return the next node. The data will be used by
libmemunreachable to mark the pointers with kernel references
as reachable.

This change adds flags to flat_binder_object.flags
to allow indicating a minimum scheduling policy for
the node. It also clarifies the valid value range
for the priority bits in the flags.
Internally, we use the priority map that the kernel
uses, e.g. [0..99] for real-time policies and [100..139]
for the SCHED_NORMAL/SCHED_BATCH policies.

Per client lan statistics feature requires fetching data
from IPA Q6 and share it with user space application.
For UL firewall, v6 rules are sent to IPA Q6 in case of
whitelisting to allow only specific connections and drop
the rest of the connections.

ALSA lacks support to accept shared memory supplied
from userspace. But some usecases need to get a shareable
file descriptor for the dma buffer. As an alternate
to adding custom ioctls to the ALSA framework, use
a hwdep node to get a file descriptor to the underlying dma buffer.
Maintain compat mode as well.

In order to manage ringbuffer priority to its fullest userspace
should know how many ringbuffers it has to work with. Add a
parameter to return the number of active rings.

Remove the queued time from the profile struct and turn the submit time
into a proper timespec (tv_sec + tv_nsec). This should sync up better
with what userspace is used to seeing.

Add define for the maximum number of ports on a SuperSpeed hub as per
USB 3.1 spec Table 10-5, and use it when verifying the retrieved hub
descriptor.
This specifically avoids benign attempts to update the DeviceRemovable
mask for non-existing ports (should we get that far).

This descriptor describes the list of functions present in a given
configuration. There should be one such descriptor per configuration
supported by the device. The order in which these descriptors appear
in the BOS descriptor reflects the order of preference of configurations
as desired by the device for optimal functionality. Configuration Summary
descriptors are used by Host software to decide which Configuration to set
to obtain the desired functionality.
