Define an interface to help user-space to pass the HDR stream
information to the driver which will be used in configuring HDMI
and DP interfaces.
Use the new interface in HDMI and make necessary changes while
reading the info.

Add audio stream buffer interface to write the Audio demux data
to audio decoder buffers. Add support in TSIF driver to append

Host will set the Venus firmware in below modes
1. If the load of current video session exceeds
the venus capability, video driver sets power
save mode for that session.
2. If an usecase is recommended to run in power
save mode to get power benefits, video driver
configures the session in power save mode.
3. If any V4L2 client makes an explicit call to
configure the usecase in a certain perf mode,
video driver sets the same to venus firmware,
unless restricted by core capability.

This patch introduces a new binder_fd_array object,
that allows us to support one or more file descriptors

Previously all data passed over binder needed
to be serialized, with the exception of Binder
objects and file descriptors.
This patchs adds support for scatter-gathering raw
memory buffers into a binder transaction, avoiding
the need to first serialize them into a Parcel.
To remain backwards compatibile with existing
binder clients, it introduces two new command
ioctls for this purpose - BC_TRANSACTION_SG and
BC_REPLY_SG. These commands may only be used with
the new binder_transaction_data_sg structure,
which adds a field for the total size of the
buffers we are scatter-gathering.
Because memory buffers may contain pointers to
other buffers, we allow callers to specify
a parent buffer and an offset into it, to indicate
this is a location pointing to the buffer that
we are fixing up. The kernel will then take care
of fixing up the pointer to that buffer as well.

flat_binder_object is used for both handling
binder objects and file descriptors, even though
the two are mostly independent. Since we'll
have more fixup objects in binder in the future,
instead of extending flat_binder_object again,
split out file descriptors to their own object
while retaining backwards compatibility to
existing user-space clients. All binder objects
just share a header.

When destination scaler is used, the partial update ROI setting from the
layer mixer is not correct to program the panel ROI. We need an extra
panel ROI setting in such usecase.

Enhance sched scan to support option of finding a better BSS while in
connected state. Firmware scans the medium and reports when it finds a
known BSS which has better RSSI than the current connected BSS. New
attributes to specify the relative RSSI (compared to the current BSS)
are added to the sched scan to implement this.

Introducing a new feature that the driver can use to
indicate the driver/firmware supports configuration of BSS
selection criteria upon CONNECT command. This can be useful
when multiple BSS-es are found belonging to the same ESS,
ie. Infra-BSS with same SSID. The criteria can then be used to
offload selection of a preferred BSS.

Add support to use a random local address (Address 2 = TA in transmit
and the same address in receive functionality) for Public Action frames
in order to improve privacy of WLAN clients. Applications fill the
random transmit address in the frame buffer in the NL80211_CMD_FRAME
command. This can be used only with the drivers that indicate support
for random local address by setting the new
NL80211_EXT_FEATURE_MGMT_TX_RANDOM_TA and/or
NL80211_EXT_FEATURE_MGMT_TX_RANDOM_TA_CONNECTED in ext_features.
The driver needs to configure receive behavior to accept frames to the
specified random address during the time the frame exchange is pending
and such frames need to be acknowledged similarly to frames sent to the
local permanent address when this random address functionality is not
used.

NL80211_ATTR_MAC was used to set both the specific BSSID to be scanned
and the random MAC address to be used when privacy is enabled. When both
the features are enabled, both the BSSID and the local MAC address were
getting same value causing Probe Request frames to go with unintended
DA. Hence, this has been fixed by using a different NL80211_ATTR_BSSID
attribute to set the specific BSSID (which was the more recent addition
in cfg80211) for a scan.
Backwards compatibility with old userspace software is maintained to
some extent by allowing NL80211_ATTR_MAC to be used to set the specific
BSSID when scanning without enabling random MAC address use.
Scanning with random source MAC address was introduced by commit
ad2b26abc157 ("cfg80211: allow drivers to support random MAC addresses
for scan") and the issue was introduced with the addition of the second
user for the same attribute in commit 818965d39177 ("cfg80211: Allow a
scan request for a specific BSSID").

Add functionality to update the connection parameters when in connected
state, so that driver/firmware uses the updated parameters for
subsequent roaming. This is for drivers that support internal BSS
selection and roaming. The new command does not change the current
association state, i.e., it can be used to update IE contents for future
(re)associations without causing an immediate disassociation or
reassociation with the current BSS.
This commit implements the required functionality for updating IEs for
(Re)Association Request frame only. Other parameters can be added in
future when required.

The previous commit added support for specifying the beacon rate
for AP mode. Add features checks to this, and extend it to also
support the rate configuration for mesh networks. For IBSS it's
not as simple due to joining etc., so that's not yet supported.

Add support for Intel R200 depth camera in uvc driver.
This includes adding new uvc GUIDs for the new pixel formats,
adding new V4L pixel format definition to user api headers,
and updating the uvc driver GUID-to-4cc tables with the new formats.

Currently some "Unspecified error 0x80004005" is reported on the Windows
side if something fails. Handle the ENOSPC case and return
ERROR_DISK_FULL, which allows at least Copy-VMFile to report a meaning
full error.

Add a new USB_SPEED_SUPER_PLUS device speed, and make sure usb core can
handle the new speed.
In most cases the behaviour is the same as with USB_SPEED_SUPER SuperSpeed
devices. In a few places we add a "Plus" string to inform the user of the
new speed.

Fix RTA_UID enum to match it with the Android userspace code which
assumes RTA_UID=18.
With this patch all Android kernel networking unit tests mentioned here
https://source.android.com/devices/tech/config/kernel_network_tests.html
are success.
Without this patch multinetwork_test.py unit test fails.

kgsl_ioctl_gpu_sparse_command() is added to for user to
specify list of binds/unbinds for a memory entry
and syncpoints they depend on. If user specifies both
create a sync object for syncpoints and bind object for
binds/unbinds and add them to dispatcher draw queue. Sync
object should be inserted before the bind object in the
draw queue. Once the bind object reaches the head of
draw queue the corresponding binds/unbinds are performed.
kgsl_ioctl_gpu_sparse_command() only accepts commands from
context created with flag KGSL_CONTEXT_SPARSE, commands
from all other context types will return an error.

Update csc type table on cdm block based on configuration
from kernel client. Add proper validation checks in wfd
interface before updating the csc table to valid selection.

Add sysfs and ioctl to adjust HDMI clock rate by certain PPM.
This function is required by clock recovery in broadcast in
which HDMI PLL should be adjusted in order to reduce the clock
drift in broadcast.
