Add IRQ_AFFINITY_MANAGED flag and related kernel APIs so that
kernel driver can modify an irq's status in such a way that
user space affinity change will be ignored. Kernel space's
affinity setting will not be changed.

Interupts marked with this flag are excluded from user space interrupt
affinity changes. Contrary to the IRQ_NO_BALANCING flag, the kernel internal
affinity mechanism is not blocked.
This flag will be used for multi-queue device interrupts.

Native audio playback is muted after adsp subsystem restart,
because codec device_reset() API is called even before device_down()
API finishes execution. This causes audio to mute, as codec is not
in proper reset state. Add new lock to synchronize codec subsystem
restart APIs.

New stat param "num_qmb_int_handled" is added to rx_ch_stats
by IPA uC in WDI2.0. This results in a size mismatch and
WDI stats feature is broken. Make a change to update the
new param "num_qmb_int_handled" in rx_ch_stats structure.
Also make a change to read all the rx_ch_stats to avoid
printing stale values.

Commit 0013b23d66a2768f5babbb0ea9f03ab067a990d8 ("leds: disable
triggers on brightness set") removes the trigger on a LED class
device when brightness is set to 0. However, there are some LED
class devices which needs the trigger not to be removed. In an
use case like camera flash, camera flash driver passes in a
trigger device to LED class driver. If the trigger is removed
when the brightness is set to 0, this will affect the clients
using those triggers. Hence add a flag to always keep the trigger
even when brightness is set to 0.

Colocation in HMP includes a tunable that turns on or off the feature
globally across all colocation groups. Supporting this tunable correctly
would result in complexity that would outweigh any foreseeable benefits.
For example, disabling the feature globally would involve deleting all
colocation groups one by one while ensuring no placement decisions are
made during the process.
Remove the tunable. Adding or removing a task from a colocation group is
still possible and so we're not losing functionality.

When moving a group_leader perf event from a software-context
to a hardware-context, there's a race in checking and
updating that context. The existing locking solution
doesn't work; note that it tries to grab a lock inside
the group_leader's context object, which you can only
get at by going through a pointer that should be protected
from these races. To avoid that problem, and to produce
a simple solution, we can just use a lock per group_leader
to protect all checks on the group_leader's context.
The new lock is grabbed and released when no context locks
are held.

Since clusters can vary significantly in the power and performance
characteristics, there may be a need to have different CPU selection
policies based on which cluster a task is being placed on. For example
the placement policy can be more aggressive in using idle CPUs on
cluster that are power efficient and less aggressive on clusters
that are geared towards performance. Add support for per cluster
wake_up_idle flag to allow greater flexibility in placement policies.

Some clocks are critical to system operation (e.g. cpu, memory, etc) and
should not be gated until a driver that knows best claims such a clock
and expressly gates that clock through the normal clk.h api.
The typical way to handle this is for the clk driver or some other early
code to call clk_prepare_enable on this important clock as soon as it is
registered and before the clk_disable_unused garbage collector kicks in.
This patch introduces a formal way to handle this scenario that is
provided by the clk framework. Clk driver authors can set the
CLK_ENABLE_HAND_OFF flag in their clk data, which will cause the clk to
be enabled in clk_register(). Then when the first clk consumer driver
comes along and calls clk_get() & clk_prepare_enable(), the reference
counts taken during clk registration are transfered (or handed off) to
the clk consumer.
At this point handling the clk is the same as any other clock which as
not set the new CLK_ENABLE_HAND_OFF flag. In fact no changes to any
clock consumer driver are needed for this to work.

An LDO300 regulator is used by the GPU rail on msmfalcon. This LDO
is CPR managed and uses a different configuration/control scheme
compared to Kryo LDO. Add support for this LDO in the CPR3 framework.

Certain sinks (such as DVI monitors) do not support audio
which can be identified using the sink's EDID. For such sinks,
ensure that audio is not routed over the external display.

In ship mode the charger module opens the bat-fet and disconnects the
battery from the system. This is for the non-removable battery designs
to avoid them from being discharged when shipped/on-shelf.
The ship mode is enabled during the final stage of power-off typically
from the PON driver. Hence, add property POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_SET_SHIP_MODE
to force the device into ship-mode.

Low sleep time can be an indication that waking tasks will not receive
any vruntime bonus and hence would suffer from latency when packed.
short-burst tasks sleeping on an average more than sched_short_sleep_ns
are not eligible for packing. This policy covers the case where a
task runs in short bursts and sleeping for smaller duration in between.

There is a possibility of dwc3_msm_ep_queue() and msm_ep_unconfig() racing
each other if suspend happens right after configured. This scenario will
result in NOC error if start_xfer command gets queued after
msm_ep_unconfig(). Hence fix the issue by adding spinlock protection for
DBM endpoint configuration and unconfiguration.
