This patch introduces an i_dir_level field to support large directory.
Previously, f2fs maintains multi-level hash tables to find a dentry quickly
from a bunch of chiild dentries in a directory, and the hash tables consist of
the following tree structure as below.

But, if we can guess that a directory will handle a number of child files,
we don't need to traverse the tree from level #0 to #N all the time.
Since the lower level tables contain relatively small number of dentries,
the miss ratio of the target dentry is likely to be high.
In order to avoid that, we can configure the hash tables sparsely from level #0
like this.

With this structure, we can skip the ineffective tree searches in lower level
hash tables.
This patch adds just a facility for this by introducing i_dir_level in
f2fs_inode.

Some newer Atom CPUs, eg Avoton and Bay Trail, use slightly different
register layouts for the iTCO than the current v1 and v2 iTCO.
Differences from previous iTCO versions include:
- The ACPI space is enabled in the "ACPI base address" register instead
of the "ACPI control register"
- The "no reboot" functionality is set in the "Power Management
Configuration" register instead of the "General Control and Status"
(GCS) register or PCI configuration space.
- The "ACPI Control Register" is not present on v3. The "Power
Management Configuration Base Address" register resides at the same
address is Avoton/Bay Trail.
To differentiate these newer chipsets create a new v3 iTCO version and
update the MFD driver to support them.

This patch updates the register definitions for DA9063 to support the
production silicon variant code ID (0x5). These changes are not backwards
compatible with the previous register definitions and can only be used
with the production variant of DA9063.

The pm8xxx-irq.c code is practically mandatory given that the
pm8921-core driver will WARN about it missing and the Kconfig
marks it as default y when a PM8xxx chips is enabled. The only
reason the file was split out was because we planned to support
other pm8xxx chips with different pm8xxx-core.c files. Now that
we have DT on ARM this isn't necessary because we should be able
to support all the ssbi based PM8xxx chips in one driver and one
file with no data bloat. Let's move this code into the only
driver that uses it right now (pm8921) so that it's always compiled when
needed. In the future we can rename pm8921-core.c to something
more generic.

Add the correct silicon variant code ID (0x5) to the driver. This
new code is the 'production' variant code ID for DA9063.
This patch will remove the older variant code ID which matches the
pre-production silicon ID (0x3) for the DA9063 chip.
There is also some small amount of correction done in this patch:
it splits the revision code and correctly names it according to
the hardware specification and moves the dev_info() call before
the variant ID test.

ELM hardware engine is used by BCH ecc-schemes for detecting and locating ECC
errors. This patch adds the following checks for ELM hardware engine:
- ELM internal buffers are of 1K,
so it cannot process data with ecc-step-size > 1K.
- ELM engine can execute upto maximum of 8 threads in parallel,
so in *page-mode* (when complete page is processed in single iteration),
ELM cannot support ecc-steps > 8.

The NAND command helpers tend to automatically shift the column address
for x16 bus devices, since most commands expect a word address, not a
byte address. The Read ID command, however, expects an 8-bit address
(i.e., 0x00, 0x20, or 0x40 should not be translated to 0x00, 0x10, or
0x20).
This fixes the column address for a few drivers which imitate the
nand_base defaults. Note that I don't touch sh_flctl.c, since it already
handles this problem slightly differently (note its comment "READID is
always performed using an 8-bit bus").
I have not tested this patch, as I only have x8 parts up for testing at
this point. Hopefully that can change soon...

The patch converts the arrays to buffer pointers for nand_buffers{}.
The cafe_nand.c is the only NAND_OWN_BUFFERS user which allocates
nand_buffers{} itself.
This patch disables the DMA for nand_scan_ident, and restores the DMA
status after we finish the nand_scan_ident. This way, we can get page
size and OOB size and use them to allocate cafe->dmabuf.
Since the cafe_nand.c uses the NAND_ECC_HW_SYNDROME ECC mode, we do not
allocate the buffers for @ecccalc and @ecccode.

The async rename code is currently "polluted" with some parts that are
really just for sillyrenames. Add a new "complete" operation vector to
the nfs_renamedata to separate out the stuff that just needs to be done
for a sillyrename.

Try to detect 'ls -l' by having nfs_getattr() look at whether or not
there is an opendir() file descriptor for the parent directory.
If so, then assume that we want to force use of readdirplus in order
to avoid the multiple GETATTR calls over the wire.

Since TCP is a stream protocol, our callback read code needs to take into
account the fact that RPC callbacks are not always confined to a single
TCP segment.
This patch adds support for multiple TCP segments by ensuring that we
only remove the rpc_rqst structure from the 'free backchannel requests'
list once the data has been completely received. We rely on the fact
that TCP data is ordered for the duration of the connection.

Users have reported being unable to trace non-signed modules loaded
within a kernel supporting module signature.
This is caused by tracepoint.c:tracepoint_module_coming() refusing to
take into account tracepoints sitting within force-loaded modules
(TAINT_FORCED_MODULE). The reason for this check, in the first place, is
that a force-loaded module may have a struct module incompatible with
the layout expected by the kernel, and can thus cause a kernel crash
upon forced load of that module on a kernel with CONFIG_TRACEPOINTS=y.
Tracepoints, however, specifically accept TAINT_OOT_MODULE and
TAINT_CRAP, since those modules do not lead to the "very likely system
crash" issue cited above for force-loaded modules.
With kernels having CONFIG_MODULE_SIG=y (signed modules), a non-signed
module is tainted re-using the TAINT_FORCED_MODULE taint flag.
Unfortunately, this means that Tracepoints treat that module as a
force-loaded module, and thus silently refuse to consider any tracepoint
within this module.
Since an unsigned module does not fit within the "very likely system
crash" category of tainting, add a new TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE taint flag
to specifically address this taint behavior, and accept those modules
within Tracepoints. We use the letter 'X' as a taint flag character for
a module being loaded that doesn't know how to sign its name (proposed
by Steven Rostedt).
Also add the missing 'O' entry to trace event show_module_flags() list
for the sake of completeness.

MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() calles MODULE_GENERIC_TABLE(); make it do the
work directly. This also removes a wart introduced in the last patch,
where the alias is defined to be an unknown struct type "struct
type##__##name##_device_id" instead of "struct type##_device_id" (it's
an extern so GCC doesn't care, but it's wrong).
The other user of MODULE_GENERIC_TABLE (ISAPNP_CARD_TABLE) is unused,
so delete it.

Commit 78551277e4df5: "Input: i8042 - add PNP modaliases" had a bug, where the
second call to MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() overrode the first resulting in not all
the modaliases being exposed.
This fixes the problem by including the name of the device_id table in the
__mod_*_device_table alias, allowing us to export several device_id tables
per module.
