When userspace unbinds gadget functions through configfs, the
.free_func() callback is always invoked. (in config_usb_cfg_unlink())
Implement it as a no-op to avoid the following crash:

wBytesPerInterval in SuperSpeed Endpoint Companion Descriptor needs
to be set large enough to reserve enough bus time for associated
periodic endpoint.
Originally, wBytesPerInterval for mtp's interrupt IN endpoint is set
to 2 and its single interrupt transfer will be split into many 2 bytes
interrupt transfers. So, we change wBytesPerInterval to INTR_BUFFER_SIZE
to ensure interrupt transfer will not be split.

are padding bytes which are not initialized and leaked to userland
via “copy_to_user”.

When gadget driver sets VBUS current draw, this should
only be applicable if the charger type is SDP. For
other downstream types, such as CDP, it can draw up up
to the maximum (1.5A) without having to follow the rules of
configured/suspended current limits. Further, with Power
Delivery role swap supported, it's possible the gadget (UFP)
is a power source, so vbus_draw() should be no-op'ed.

Make sure to only call regulator_disable() on VCONN only if
it was previously enabled, else it could result in an
unbalanced disable state. Subsequent enables would then be
no-ops and the regulator would not actually turn on.

When USB RNDIS network device is bridged with other network device
on windows host machine, it has been observed that many MSG PACKET
FILTER packet with zero and non-zero value are send from host to
device. USB GSI state machine handles those and results into case
where TRB buffer's address is updated wrongly causing bus error
with IPA GSI. Fix this issue as below:
- Move MSG PACKET FILTER handling as part of ipa_work_handler()
- Add blocking USB3 ringing doorbell on receiving MSG PACKET FILTER
with non-zero value.
- Before processing HOST_NRDY event, see already posted event. If it
is HOST_READY event, then ignore HOST_NRDY and HOST_READY to avoid
performing operations related to HOST_NRDY and HOST_READY again.

There is delay seen in queueing notification when response is
available after performing function remote wakeup. This change
queues control notification from gsi_resume() for RMNET/MBIM and
ECM case when notify_count is 1 (i.e. remote wakeup is performed
but notify request is not queued.) to make sure that host is
notified before it timeouts for response and starts data transfer.

Analog and digital power rails connected to the phy can be turned
on/off in any order. This may result in random leakage in the phy
as it expects certain power rails to be on/off in certain order.
Avoid random leakage on qusb2 phy by
1. Disable pll when phy is suspended/disconnected.
2. Reset and assert clamp dig_n signal to put dp/dm lines in high
impedance state.

Currently USB driver is resetting strings like manufacturer, model
to zero as part of handling control request for protocol version. Some
accessory docks may not send manufacturer and model strings before sending
control request to enable audiosource USB composition. This results in
userspace enabling audio source composition without accessory interface.
If accessory dock is connected during bootup, accessory timeouts in
configuring android device and results in detection failure. Userspace does
have recovery mechanism if incase accessory dock timeouts to configure
android device in accessory composition. Hence set manufacturer and model
strings to default value so that userspace enables accessory + audiosource
composition for userspace recovery to be working and detecting accessory
dock successfully during bootup.

Synopsys USB3 Controller (DWC3) has a restriction where size
of OUT requests (TRB) queued to the controller must be aligned
with the endpoint's max packet size. Generally, accessory userspace
module submits RX requests not aligned to endpoint's max packet
size. Hence to overcome this, align the size of RX request buffer to
endpoint's max packet while submitting to DCD as the buffers are
already allocated with the size of 16KB.

Driver is setting notify request pointer to NULL in order
to prevent re-queueing of notification request until it is
completed. This results into NULL ptr dereference if ioctl
happens before driver unbind tries to free the request buffer.
Fix this issue by introduce a flag q_again to prevent re-queuing
of same request instead of setting notify request pointer to NULL.
Also add NULL check in usb_cser_free_req() and set the request
pointer to NULL after freeing it.

Add support for USB atomic notifier callbacks when host controller
drivers reports death of controller on some fatal error.
Current implementation doesn't help to recover from this condition.
Controller platform drivers can register for this callback and take
necessary steps to reset and add hcd again.

supporting non-zero alternate index, simply return 0.

'commit 5b42bd749e8c ("usb: gadget: gsi: Optimize TRB's buffer allocation
functionality")' removed handling of EVT_HOST_READY event with state
STATE_INITIALIZED to optimized USB GSI state machine. This handling is
required for specifically when RNDIS interface is being enabled through
device manager, otherwise RNDIS interface doesn't get private IP address
back. Fix this issue by adding back handling of EVT_HOST_READY event with
state STATE_INITIALIZED.

For emulation platform, there are multiple PHY init sequence passed
through device tree. On some platform all PHY init sequence is not
required. This results into using zero as value and offset with PHY
init sequence which is not passed through device tree as of_get_property()
doesn't update size variable if property is not found. Hence reset size
variable to zero before querying next property size.
