userspace is setting maxburst > 1 for IN endpoint as part of
descriptors passed to f_fs.c driver. Due to this, controller
driver allocating 3KB fifo instead of 1KB and results in fifo
allocations beyond available fifo size for last IN endpoint.
This causes functionality failure. Fix it as workaround by
setting maxburst to one so that only 1KB fifo is allocated for
adb IN endpoint.

pointer dev->ep_out->desc is set to NULL if MTP function
is disabled during read operation. So we need to do pointer check
before access it and add spin lock protection in case it's modified
at another place in future.

Race is happening when both audio_pcm_close() and audio_send()
executes in parallel.
When the PCM session is closed, the substream attribute of the
audio_dev structure is set to NULL in audio_pcm_close().
As there is no synchronization protection for the audio_dev subtream
attributes in audio_send(), it is causing NULL pointer dereference.
Hence fixing the issue by adding proper synchronization protection
for the audio_dev subtream attributes in audio_send().

Assume that there are two threads, thread1 is setting
value of _rndis_qc variable in rndis_qc_bind_config_vendor
function. Thread2 jumps in and get the value of _rndis_qc
in rndis_qc_open_dev function before it is freed in
rndis_qc_bind_config_vendor function, since rndis_ipa_init
or usb_add_function failed. Use-after-free will happen as
Thread2 is referencing freed objects. To prevent this
spinlock is used where ever it is needed to protect
_rndis_qc variable.

If f_cdev_alloc() fails it frees the port context and set_inst_name()
call back returns with error. As a result free_func_inst() call back
is called which is dereferencing port context from f_cdev_opts context
which results into NULL ptr dereference. Fix the issue by adding NULL
check for port context pointer in f_cdev_opts context.

If it happens that usb_qdss_close() gets called before
completion of qdss_connect_work(), there is a chance that endless
request being accessed in connect_work(), which will be freed in
usb_qdss_close(). Fix that issue by having proper check for
endless request under spinlock protection.

commit 03d27ade4941076b34c823d63d91dc895731a595 upstream.
buflen by default (256) is smaller than wMaxPacketSize (512) in high-speed
devices.
That caused the OUT endpoint to freeze if the host send any data packet of
length greater than 256 bytes.
This is an example dump of what happended on that enpoint:
HOST: [DATA][Length=260][...]
DEVICE: [NAK]
HOST: [PING]
DEVICE: [NAK]
HOST: [PING]
DEVICE: [NAK]
...
HOST: [PING]
DEVICE: [NAK]
This patch fixes this problem by setting the minimum usb_request's buffer size
for the OUT endpoint as its wMaxPacketSize.

Now mutex_init() is in function_alloc_mtp_ptp() which will be
called when USB composition change.
In the corner case, USB composition change when do mtp_read(),
the mutex lock is initialized when do mutex_lock().

This reverts commit 78281f6ed79413e5a16eac6edc4a72c6836ae5a9.
This data stall fix is no longer required in AOSP. It is already
skipped in android-4.9 patchset. Also core change from this
data stall fix is already undone by android-4.4 merge commit
324e88de4aba ("Merge tag 'v4.4.32' into android-4.4.y").
This revert patch just clean up the left overs. It also reverts the
compile fix from Change-Id: I38c4f4a850b0329fb4a06b2c7e45558e16d66151

MTP function doesn't show as a drive in Windows when the device
is connected to PC's USB3 port, because device fails to respond
ACK to BULK OUT transfer request.
This patch modifies MTP OUT request length as multiple of MaxPacketSize
per databook requirement in order to fix this issue.

commit 09424c50b7dff40cb30011c09114404a4656e023 upstream.
The streaming_maxburst module parameter is 0 offset (0..15)
so we must add 1 while using it for wBytesPerInterval
calculation for the SuperSpeed companion descriptor.
Without this host uvcvideo driver will always see the wrong
wBytesPerInterval for SuperSpeed uvc gadget and may not find
a suitable video interface endpoint.
e.g. for streaming_maxburst = 0 case it will always
fail as wBytePerInterval was evaluating to 0.

commit cdd7928df0d2efaa3270d711963773a08a4cc8ab upstream.
The gadget code exports the bitfield for serial status changes
over the wire in its internal endianness. The fix is to convert
to little endian before sending it over the wire.

commit 2bfa0719ac2a9b2f3c91345873d3cdebd0296ba9 upstream.
If we're dealing with SuperSpeed endpoints, we need
to make sure to pass along the companion descriptor
and initialize fields needed by the Gadget
API. Eventually, f_fs.c should be converted to use
config_ep_by_speed() like all other functions,
though.

Reapplying fix by Darren Whobrey (Change 69674)
Fixes issues: 20545, 59667 and 61390.
With prior version of f_accessory.c, UsbAccessories would not
unbind cleanly when application is closed or i/o stopped
while the usb cable is still connected. The accessory gadget
driver would be left in an invalid state which was not reset
on subsequent binding or opening. A reboot was necessary to clear.
In some phones this issues causes the phone to reboot upon
unplugging the USB cable.
Main problem was that acc_disconnect was being called on I/O error
which reset disconnected and online.
Minor fix required to properly track setting and unsetting of
disconnected and online flags. Also added urb Q wakeup's on unbind
to help unblock waiting threads.
Tested on Nexus 7 grouper. Expected behaviour now observed:
closing accessory causes blocked i/o to interrupt with IOException.
Accessory can be restarted following closing of file handle
and re-opening.
This is a generic fix that applies to all devices.

(cherry picked from commit 38740a5b87d53ceb89eb2c970150f6e94e00373a)
When using asynchronous read or write operations on the USB endpoints the
issuer of the IO request is notified by calling the ki_complete() callback
of the submitted kiocb when the URB has been completed.
Calling this ki_complete() callback will free kiocb. Make sure that the
structure is no longer accessed beyond that point, otherwise undefined
behaviour might occur.
