On client pushing message, allocate memory for event
data and copy before pushing to clients. This is to
avoid crash if client goes away before freeing the
memory.

Client driver may disconnect pipe while some data is still
pending on the pipe and might not need IRQ for that data. Current
implementation might result in crash in case disconnect and IRQ happens
on same pipe in parallel. Implement lock to avoid pipe disconnect
while IRQ is in progress for that pipe and viceversa.

Currently the timeout period of IPA resource add dependency
is HZ jiffies (1 second). We have seen situations
where this timeout period is too small especially on heavy
loaded system with debug log enabled.
Enlarge the period to 5 HZ jiffies.

xdci release function is called during xdci connect
failure cleanup. A bug passing the tethering protocol
to the function instead of the tethering type caused
it to fail and cease the cleanup operations.

DMA coherent allocation was done with inappropriate
flags causing memory allocation to fail occasionally.
Use GFP_KERNEL flag as well as fix up some cleanup
actions.

There are potential race condition ioctls in
the IPA driver when it copies the actual
arguments from the user-space memory to the
IPA-driver. The fix is to add check on the
2nd copy to make sure the same payload size
is copied to the pre-allocated kernel memory
as in during the 1st copy.

In order to not violate SMMU policy on
msmcobalt, IPA3 needs move resource group
configuration from HLOS to TZ for those
ipa_rx_hps registers.

IPA might have Information leak and device crash due to
kernel heap overread in IPA driver when processing
WAN_IOC_ADD_FLT_RULE_INDEX ioctl. The fix is to add
check on max number of filter rules send to modem.

Commit 52cbae0127ad ("toshiba_acpi: Change default Hotkey enabling value")
changed the hotkeys enabling value, as it was the same value Windows uses,
however, it turns out that the value tells the EC that the driver will now
take care of the hardware events like the physical RFKill switch or the
pointing device toggle button.
This patch reverts such commit by changing the default hotkey enabling
value to 0x09, which enables hotkey events only, making the hardware
buttons working again.
Fixes bugs 113331 and 114941.

Set the default IPC logging level to minimal logging in
case client driver does not specify ipc logging level.

Add support for specifying the size of LAN RX buffer pool.
Once this specified in dtsi, it will override the default value.
