For every __pm_stay_awake call, there must be a
__pm_relax call to ensure there is no stale
wakelock is held. with the current logic
__pm_stay_awake is called whenever wakelock ref
cnt is non-zero and released only when it is 0.
This leads to wakelock being held even when
it is not required. Make a change to acquire
wakelock only when it is not held previously.

Do not check flags for connection requests as it may result
in not processing any subsequent requests that have new
flags added incrementally from the previous connection.

Replenish trigger threshold for LAN_CONS is calculated
before updating the rx_pool_sz. This can result into
division by 0 which can make the system unstable.
Make a change to update the rx_pool_sz before updating
the replenish trigger threshold.

IPA allocates memory for Filtering and Routing tables
by the DMA memory allocation Linux APIs.
The code did not check the success of allocation
correctly. This change fixes the check.

When stack memory is provided to IPA HW as part of
descriptor it can lead to cache alignment issues.
Make changes to use heap memory whereever applicable.

In order to support multiple instances of mhi_uci
net devices, add platform device support. Platform
specific information can be specified in the device
tree and used in the driver. Also create separate debug
log buffer per client to make debugging easier.

If the get_user_pages_fast() call in goldfish_pipe_read_write() failed,
it would return while still holding pipe->lock.
goldfish_pipe_read_write() later releases and tries to re-acquire
pipe->lock. If the re-acquire call failed, goldfish_pipe_read_write()
would try unlock pipe->lock on exit anyway.

This is a driver code for a redesigned android pipe.
Currently it works for x86 and x64 emulators with the following
performance results:
ADB push to /dev/null,
Ubuntu,
400 MB file,
times are for 1/10/100 parallel adb commands
x86 adb push: (4.4s / 11.5s / 2m10s) -> (2.8s / 6s / 51s)
x64 adb push: (7s / 15s / (too long, 6m+) -> (2.7s / 6.2s / 52s)
ADB pull and push to /data/ have the same %% of speedup
More importantly, I don't see any signs of slowdowns when
run in parallel with Antutu benchmark, so it is definitely
making much better job at multithreading.
The code features dynamic host detection: old emulator gets
the previous version of the pipe driver code.

Bug 150611 uncovered that the WMI ID used by the toshiba-wmi driver
is not Toshiba specific, and as such, the driver was being loaded
on non Toshiba laptops too.
This patch adds a DMI matching list checking for TOSHIBA as the
vendor, refusing to load if it is not.
Also the WMI GUID was renamed, dropping the TOSHIBA_ prefix, to
better reflect that such GUID is not a Toshiba specific one.

Increment GSI command timeout. This is needed since during Q6 GSI FW
authentication GSI HW is disabled and the response for the HW may be
delayed.

MHI clients permitted to reset channels asynchronous
to pending data. It's possible after channel reset
there are pending events for that particular channel.
Mark all those events as stale, such that MHI event
process thread will ignore them.

In order to avoid being out of sync between MHI client

To avoid any race conditions between MHI_M2 state

There are instances when MHI channel context read
pointer can be accessed simultaneously by different
CPU cores. To make sure read pointer updates visible
to all cores, add a memory barrier after completion
of MHI ring operation.

Possibility exist when handling a DB MODE event another
core to queue a TRE to same channel. During that time
CC ctxt WP may get updated, however DB MODE event thread
still be using a stale WP. Add a lock to synchronize
DB MODE event thread and queue TRE thread.

Adapt to latest changes to IPA micro-controller(IPA uC).
For pipe SUSPEND, IPA uC will fail in case
the pipe is not empty.
IPA driver needs to insure pipe is empty
and then issue a SUSPEND command.
For pipe DISABLE, pipe is already empty on SUSPEND,
IPA driver does not need to do ensure anything before
issuing a DISABLE command.
