Currently when WIGIG FW crashes and SSR is in SYSTEM mode,
SSR causes a kernel panic and its panic handler will call
msm_11ad_ssr_crash_shutdown which will copy the FW crash
dump. However this is done when kernel panic is in progress
and kernel is not fully operational, so sometimes the copy
fails and the FW crash dump will not be found in the DDR
dump from the device.
Fix this problem by copying the FW crash dump before
notifying SSR, so the crash dump will always be copied
correctly when WIGIG FW crashes.
We also keep copying in crash_shutdown so the WIGIG FW
crash dump will be available also after normal kernel
panics, though it is not always copied in this case.

In some cases the hpd call cannot be blocked. For example, in
case of framework restart, both display and audio HALs are not
available, so nobody will notify and unblock hpd call. Another
case is continuous splash in which unblank is delayed till the
first display kickoff, so hpd cannot blocking wait for such a
late notification.

- Enable DMA coherency and PAGE_TABLE_FORCE_COHERENT attr
to allow cache coherency when SMMU stage1 is enabled
- Add the option to define SMMU base address and size in DT
- Add DT node flag to determine if stage1 is enabled

When hotspot tethering is toggled quickly
WLAN_AP_CONNECT is received even before all
the filter rules are cleaned up for the previous
DISCONNECT. As the sticky_rear is set, default
rule is not added at the end. Make a change to
reset sticky_rear when default rules are deleted.

This interrupt handler is broken in several ways:
- It loops forever when the op code is not decodeable
- It never returns IRQ_HANDLED because the only way to exit the loop
returns IRQ_NONE unconditionally.
The whole concept of this is broken. Creating devices in an interrupt
handler is beyond any point of sanity.
Make it at least behave halfways sane so accidental users do not have to
deal with a hard to debug lockup.

Add a retry mechanism when trying to stop a producer pipe.
This is to avoid a timeout on stop channel when IPA is busy.

Currently L1/L1SS are disabled for 11AD devices due to long exit time
of 11AD device from deep sleep.
11AD FW flows were optimized to shorten the exit latency, hence
L1 can be enabled before 11AD FW is loaded as part of the 11AD
reset flow.

The commit 1c6c69525b40 ("genirq: Reject bogus threaded irq requests")
starts refusing misconfigured interrupt handlers. This makes
intel_mid_powerbtn not working anymore.
Add a mandatory flag to a threaded IRQ request in the driver.

Without this patch, the Asus X45U wireless card can't be turned
on (hard-blocked), but after a suspend/resume it just starts working.
Following this bug report[1], there are other cases like this one, but
this Asus is the only model that I can test.

When a client ask MHI host to processed X number of events, only count
transfer events as part of processed events. All other events are internal
events.

MHI clients expects MHI to finish initializing before clients
probe. Move MHI to subsys init to guarantee MHI will finish
executing before device drivers with module_init starts.

Not all events require same priority to process. Process
high priority events using a tasklet while processing low
priority events using a kworker. Priority for events can be
configured by device tree.

PCIe link can go down anytime asynchronously without host
knowing. In event of a link-down, MMIO reads will always
return 0xffffffff. Confirm the read value is valid prior
to executing further.

Not all MHI capable devices can access entire host
DDR. If an MHI client provide a transfer packet that’s

In order to support multiple MHI devices connected
to same host we have, re-organize struct mhi_device_ctxt
such that all information related to device is included inside
struct mhi_device_ctxt. Created an abstract power management
layer to operate MHI in bus master, and slave mode. PCIe bus,
device, slot are extracted from DT to identify physical device.

In case of high load on the system the old timeout (10ms)
is not sufficient for GSI to stop a channel.
This change is to increase GSI stop command to 20ms.

The ipa_ioc_query_intf_rx_props structure comes
from the ioctl handler, and it is verified that
the size of rx buffer does not exceed the
IPA_NUM_PROPS_MAX elements. It is also verified
that the "entry->rx" buffer does not exceed
IPA_NUM_PROPS_MAX when "entry" is allocated.
However, the sizes of the buffer "rx->rx" and
the buffer "entry->rx" are not guaranteed to
be the same and will lead memory corruption
issue. The fix is to add the check before
memcpy.
