cxl keeps a driver use count, which is used with the hash memory model
on p8 to know when to upgrade local TLBIs to global and to trigger
callbacks to manage the MMU for PSL8.
If a process opens a context and closes without attaching or fails the
attachment, the driver use count is never decremented. As a
consequence, TLB invalidations remain global, even if there are no
active cxl contexts.
We should increment the driver use count when the process is attaching
to the cxl adapter, and not on open. It's not needed before the
adapter starts using the context and the use count is decremented on
the detach path, so it makes more sense.
It affects only the user api. The kernel api is already doing The
Right Thing.

configure AAC decoder component and modify the API used

Remove sending the content stream type message for HDMI sinks.
This message is applicable only for DP receivers.
Sending this message for HDMI sinks is a write to unknown
space which causes undefined behavior on some sinks.

During qseecom driver probing, the ION driver is invoked.
This commit supports the case where the ION driver still hasn't
probed. In that case, the qseecom probing will be deferred, and
retried at a later stage.

With the introduction of MinkIPC for TA-to-TA communication,
if a request for blocking a TA (on a busy listener) is received
by qseecom, it may not be originated from the last TA to which
a command (or unblock response) was sent to. So, make change
to use a session_id instead of app_id to uniquely identify this
blocked request and a new cmd ID to support this smcinvoke-aware
listener operation.

Currently the sysfs nodes for receiving minimum
encryption level reside within the SDE HDMI driver.
Move the nodes to the misc hdcp driver so that they
are available for use for targets using DRM SDE driver.

Add the HDCP 2.2 module for DRM HDMI.
Call the HDCP 2.2 APIs from the SDE HDMI driver and
also invoke the HDCP 2.2 ISR routine from the parent
ISR routine of the SDE HDMI driver.

Currently the hdcp lib doesn't have a context and
just acts as a lib for HDCP compliant interfaces like
HDMI and Display Port.
Make this lib a standalone driver capable of supporting
sysfs nodes to make communication with other modules
like TZ easier and less roundabout.

A thread can read audio debugfs entry while another closes the
device. Protect these operations with a mutex and before read
check audio data to be a valid pointer.

When listener unregister thread wakes up due to some system signals,
but not because ioctl_cnt <=1, it should return directly, instead of
continuing to remove listener list entry, which will lead kernel panic
when another listener receive thread accesses this freed entry.
