Support using 7 bits in the SOFT_RB_SPARE PON register if the
PON peripheral is GEN2, otherwise use only 6 bits. This allows
compatibility with bootloader code on targets with older PMICs
where 7 bits for restart reasons are not necessary.

input: Add support for virtual key generation
Virtual keys are used for navigation on Android.
These are not specific to the controller used
in the target but are specific to the target.
Add a module to generate virtual keys independently
of the controller.

In certain situations, due to resolution mismatch, we may need to
scale up/down the X and Y co-ordinates returned by the touch controller.
Add support for the same where we scale up/down the X and Y touch
co-ordinates returned from the touch controller before sending it to
android. In such cases, we also need to ensure that the display resolution
matches the touch resolution. Add support for that as well.

During device resume, the touch resume function is called after
display resume. Touch resume function will take about >200ms.
Defer the touch resume function to a workqueue to reduce the total
device resume time. An optional DT property is added to enable this
on targets that need this feature.

SPI bus driver did data swap to address big-little endian conversion.
However, recent change in bus driver removes this conversion to align
with hardware peripheral design. Therefore, touchscreen driver sets
SPI bits per word to 16 in order to achieve best data transfer
performance and remove this swap.

Modify the firmware upgrade procedure based on the following requirements:
If config id of the firmware file is greater than the config id in the
device and if packrat id of the firmware img file is greater than the
firmware build id in the device, then during the firmware upgrade
procedure, both firmware and config areas are upgraded. Otherwise,
if the packrat id of the firmware img file is equal to the firmware
build id in the device, then only the config area is upgraded. However,
if the packrat id of the firmware img file is lesser than the firmware
build id in the device, then it is considered as an error.
Similarly, if config id of the firmware file is equal to the config id
in the device and if packrat id of the firmware img file is greater than
the firmware build id in the device, then during the firmware upgrade
procedure, both firmware and config areas are upgraded. Otherwise, if
the packrat id of the firmware img file is equal to the firmware build
id in the device, then no upgrade is needed. However, if the packrat id
of the firmware img file is lesser than the firmware build id in the
device, then it is considered as an error.
This is a propagated patch from 3.10 kernel

commit d4f1b06d685d11ebdaccf11c0db1cb3c78736862 upstream.
We should set device's capabilities first, and then register it,
otherwise various handlers already present in the kernel will not be
able to connect to the device.

commit dd0d0d4de582a6a61c032332c91f4f4cb2bab569 upstream.
Without i8042.nomux=1 the Elantech touch pad is not working at all on
a Fujitsu Lifebook U745. This patch does not seem necessary for all
U745 (maybe because of different BIOS versions?). However, it was
verified that the patch does not break those (see opensuse bug 883192:
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=883192).

commit 6544a1df11c48c8413071aac3316792e4678fbfb upstream.
When using a protocol v2 or v3 hardware, elantech uses the function
elantech_report_semi_mt_data() to report data. This devices are rather
creepy because if num_finger is 3, (x2,y2) is (0,0). Yes, only one valid
touch is reported.
Anyway, userspace (libinput) is now confused by these (0,0) touches,
and detect them as palm, and rejects them.
Commit 3c0213d17a09 ("Input: elantech - fix semi-mt protocol for v3 HW")
was sufficient enough for xf86-input-synaptics and libinput before it has
palm rejection. Now we need to actually tell libinput that this device is
a semi-mt one and it should not rely on the actual values of the 2 touches.

Dummy release event is sent when system resumes. This behavior
makes long press detection failed for some keys like POWER key
and HEADSET key. Add INPUT_PROP_NO_DUMMY_RELEASE to make it is
possible for some input to avoid this behavior.
Need add set_bit(INPUT_PROP_NO_DUMMY_RELEASE,inputdevice->propbit)
in specific drivers that don't want the DUMMY release event.

Few Android drivers e.g. uid_cputime and PPPoLAC/oPNS,
keyreset/combo, cpufreq_interactive etc.. fail to build
as kernel modules. Instead of fixing the build lets
make these drivers non-modular (switch config to "bool"
from "tristate" in Kconfig) since Android doesn't
support building kernel modules anyway.
