commit 8e0ee3c9faed7ca68807ea45141775856c438ac0 upstream.
If the initialization fails before tpm_chip_register(), put_device()
will be not called, which causes release callback not to be called.
This patch fixes the issue by adding put_device() to devres list of
the parent device.

commit 186d124f07da193a8f47e491af85cb695d415f2f upstream.
The commit 0cc698af36ff ("vTPM: support little endian guests") copied
the event, but without the event data, did an endian conversion on the
size and tried to output the event data from the copied version, which
has only have one byte of the data, resulting in garbage event data.

When peripheral supporting more ssids than apps
in a given table entry needs reallocation.
No reallocation causes slab-out-of-bounds reads seen as
bad access/memory corruption.
This patch fixes memory availability limitation.

Currently, whenever new dci client registers, diag
allocates memory from kernel and free it during
de-initialization. For one of the buffer, it is not
freeing the memory which will lead to memory leak.
This patch takes care of possible memory leak.

We've exhausted all of the 64 dynamic minor numbers in misc
devices. Ideally, we shouldn't be using so many misc devices. We
should be using cdev directly instead. Increase the number for
now so that kernel drivers don't fail to probe.

the first switch because the first MD state is stored.
This fix resets the MD state by closing the session when
switching to USB Mode from MD mode.
