When a process runs out of stack the parisc kernel wrongly faults with SIGBUS
instead of the expected SIGSEGV signal.
This example shows how the kernel faults:
do_page_fault() command='a.out' type=15 address=0xfaac2000 in libc-2.24.so[f8308000+16c000]
trap #15: Data TLB miss fault, vm_start = 0xfa2c2000, vm_end = 0xfaac2000
The vma->vm_end value is the first address which does not belong to the vma, so
adjust the check to include vma->vm_end to the range for which to send the
SIGSEGV signal.
This patch unbreaks building the debian libsigsegv package.

The pat_enabled() logic is broken on CPUs which do not support PAT and
where the initialization code fails to call pat_init(). Due to that the
enabled flag stays true and pat_enabled() returns true wrongfully.
As a consequence the mappings, e.g. for Xorg, are set up with the wrong
caching mode and the required MTRR setups are omitted.
To cure this the following changes are required:
1) Make pat_enabled() return true only if PAT initialization was
invoked and successful.
2) Invoke init_cache_modes() unconditionally in setup_arch() and
remove the extra callsites in pat_disable() and the pat disabled
code path in pat_init().
Also rename __pat_enabled to pat_disabled to reflect the real purpose of
this variable.

According to the Intel datasheet, the REP MOVSB instruction
exposes a pretty heavy setup cost (50 ticks), which hurts
short string copy operations.
This change tries to avoid this cost by calling the explicit
loop available in the unrolled code for strings shorter
than 64 bytes.
The 64 bytes cutoff value is arbitrary from the code logic
point of view - it has been selected based on measurements,
as the largest value that still ensures a measurable gain.
Micro benchmarks of the __copy_from_user() function with
lengths in the [0-63] range show this performance gain
(shorter the string, larger the gain):
- in the [55%-4%] range on Intel Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 v4
- in the [72%-9%] range on Intel Core i7-4810MQ
Other tested CPUs - namely Intel Atom S1260 and AMD Opteron
8216 - show no difference, because they do not expose the
ERMS feature bit.

The QCA wlan chipset uses tlmm, msm and pmic gpio for the WLAN_EN
signal pin. The tlmm or msm gpio uses pinctrl or gpio library for
configuring the sleep/active state runtime.
The pmic gpio runtime configuration is not feasible using gpio
library or pinctrl framework. Convert the pmic gpio to fixed
regulator to runtime control(enable/disable) via regulator framework.

Currently, memshare allocates 5MB memory to diag client on
receiving requests from modem. With the patch diag client
will be considered guaranteed on sdm630 to avoid memory
allocation failure on modem SSRs. Also being guaranteed
client allocated memory will never be freed.

Since the PMIC GPIO runtime configuration is not feasible using
pinctrl framework, add it as fixed regulator for WLAN_EN pin.

Variable "buf" is not initialized. It may contain the data from
stack when "count == 0". Kernel information leak is possible due
to different code path execution.

Enables pmic gpio13 on msm8996 so that the neutrino driver can toggle it
during probe to bring the hardware out of reset. This is required for
suspend/resume when neutrino resx is disconnected from pcie_reset.

WLED module does not have the SC protection feature on PM660l.
Hence remove the SC properties from the WLED device tree node.

Add mdio_bus_id and phy_addr to access phy device
instead of scanning mdio bus. It will reduce time
cost during ethernet driver loading.
