Clients may have additional mappings in an iommu domain which are not
managed by arm_iommu_create_mapping. As such, it is important that
arm_iommu_create_mapping only use the iova region specified by the client.
However, the current implementation rounds the size of the region up to a
256K boundary (on arm64).

Enable display driver xlog debugging feature.
This feature enables MDSS registers dump during
display driver errors, panic during fatal errors and
logging of events in some key functions.
Events are light weighted, logged in an internal
ring buffer and buffer is only dumped during errors.

On iommu attach and detach we should not be changing the dma ops
if the domain is in bypass.

This reverts commit commit 6a70911936b5 ("arm64: dma-mapping: Attach
IOMMUs as groups"). PCIe endpoint devices are no longer placed into
groups with the root complex device so we no longer need to attach as
groups in the DMA layer.

arm and arm64 use different config options to specify big endian. This
needs taking into account when including code/headers between the two
architectures.
A case in point is PAN, which uses the __instr_arm() macro to output
instructions. The macro comes from opcodes.h, which lives under arch/arm.
On a big-endian build the mismatched config options mean the instruction
isn't byte swapped correctly, resulting in undefined instruction exceptions
during boot:

Although the arm64 vDSO is cleanly separated by code/data with the
code being read-only in userspace mappings, the code page is still
writable from the kernel. There have been exploits (such as
http://itszn.com/blog/?p=21) that take advantage of this on x86 to go
from a bad kernel write to full root.
Prevent this specific exploit on arm64 by putting the vDSO code page
in read-only memory as well.
