Add the MSM 64bit cache and M4M error reporting
driver which is useful to detect correctable/uncorrectable
L1, L2, L3 cache errors as well as cluster interconnect
errors. Currently the driver does not handle restoring
L2, L3 error configuration settings in case of their
respective power collapse scenarios.
This is a snapshot of the m4m/cache_erp driver as of
msm-3.14 commit:

In certain scenarios, modem shutdown requests are handled in
userspace. Enhance request engine of esoc driver to send
shutdown requests to userspace.
Also, during a shutdown, avoid setting status to 0, if line is
not a power source. There can be multiple mdms monitoring status
line. This can otherwise be misinterpreted as an unexpected reset
by other mdms.

On certain PMICs, an unexpected assertion on KPDPWR_DBC may
be seen during falling edge of KPDPWR_N when it is closer
to the rising edge of SLEEP_CLK. This triggers spurious
KPDPWR interrupts. Handle this by adding a debounce in SW
when the first KPDPWR_N falling edge is seen.
The debounce logic is enabled by the DT property
'qcom,kpdpwr-sw-debounce'.

This commit adds a new sysctl accept_ra_rt_info_min_plen that
defines the minimum acceptable prefix length of Route Information
Options. The new sysctl is intended to be used together with
accept_ra_rt_info_max_plen to configure a range of acceptable
prefix lengths. It is useful to prevent misconfigurations from
unintentionally blackholing too much of the IPv6 address space
(e.g., home routers announcing RIOs for fc00::/7, which is
incorrect).

commit d1b4c689d4130bcfd3532680b64db562300716b6 upstream.
mmapped netlink has a number of unresolved issues:
- TX zerocopy support had to be disabled more than a year ago via
commit 4682a0358639b29cf ("netlink: Always copy on mmap TX.")
because the content of the mmapped area can change after netlink
attribute validation but before message processing.
- RX support was implemented mainly to speed up nfqueue dumping packet
payload to userspace. However, since commit ae08ce0021087a5d812d2
("netfilter: nfnetlink_queue: zero copy support") we avoid one copy
with the socket-based interface too (via the skb_zerocopy helper).
The other problem is that skbs attached to mmaped netlink socket
behave different from normal skbs:
- they don't have a shinfo area, so all functions that use skb_shinfo()
(e.g. skb_clone) cannot be used.
- reserving headroom prevents userspace from seeing the content as
it expects message to start at skb->head.
See for instance
commit aa3a022094fa ("netlink: not trim skb for mmaped socket when dump").
- skbs handed e.g. to netlink_ack must have non-NULL skb->sk, else we
crash because it needs the sk to check if a tx ring is attached.
Also not obvious, leads to non-intuitive bug fixes such as 7c7bdf359
("netfilter: nfnetlink: use original skbuff when acking batches").
mmaped netlink also didn't play nicely with the skb_zerocopy helper
used by nfqueue and openvswitch. Daniel Borkmann fixed this via
commit 6bb0fef489f6 ("netlink, mmap: fix edge-case leakages in nf queue
zero-copy")' but at the cost of also needing to provide remaining
length to the allocation function.
nfqueue also has problems when used with mmaped rx netlink:
- mmaped netlink doesn't allow use of nfqueue batch verdict messages.
Problem is that in the mmap case, the allocation time also determines
the ordering in which the frame will be seen by userspace (A
allocating before B means that A is located in earlier ring slot,
but this also means that B might get a lower sequence number then A
since seqno is decided later. To fix this we would need to extend the
spinlocked region to also cover the allocation and message setup which
isn't desirable.
- nfqueue can now be configured to queue large (GSO) skbs to userspace.
Queing GSO packets is faster than having to force a software segmentation
in the kernel, so this is a desirable option. However, with a mmap based
ring one has to use 64kb per ring slot element, else mmap has to fall back
to the socket path (NL_MMAP_STATUS_COPY) for all large packets.
To use the mmap interface, userspace not only has to probe for mmap netlink
support, it also has to implement a recv/socket receive path in order to
handle messages that exceed the size of an rx ring element.

On ThunderX T88 pass 1.x through 2.1 parts, broadcast TLBI
instructions may cause the icache to become corrupted if it contains
data for a non-current ASID.
This patch implements the workaround (which invalidates the local
icache when switching the mm) by using code patching.

read-only kernel mappings
It may be useful to debug writes to the readonly sections of memory,
so provide a cmdline "rodata=off" to allow for this. This can be
expanded in the future to support "log" and "write" modes, but that
will need to be architecture-specific.
This also makes KDB software breakpoints more usable, as read-only
mappings can now be disabled on any kernel.

This relaxes the kernel Image placement requirements, so that it
may be placed at any 2 MB aligned offset in physical memory.
This is accomplished by ignoring PHYS_OFFSET when installing
memblocks, and accounting for the apparent virtual offset of
the kernel Image. As a result, virtual address references
below PAGE_OFFSET are correctly mapped onto physical references
into the kernel Image regardless of where it sits in memory.
Special care needs to be taken for dealing with memory limits passed
via mem=, since the generic implementation clips memory top down, which
may clip the kernel image itself if it is loaded high up in memory. To
deal with this case, we simply add back the memory covering the kernel
image, which may result in more memory to be retained than was passed
as a mem= parameter.
Since mem= should not be considered a production feature, a panic notifier
handler is installed that dumps the memory limit at panic time if one was
set.

This wires up the existing generic huge-vmap feature, which allows
ioremap() to use PMD or PUD sized block mappings. It also adds support
to the unmap path for dealing with block mappings, which will allow us
to unmap the __init region using unmap_kernel_range() in a subsequent
patch.
