While writing atomic docs I've noticed that I don't get any errors
for my screw-ups in drm_crtc.h. Fix this immediately.
This just does the bare minimum to get starts, lots of stuff isn't
properly documented yet unfortunately.

Just start with the basics for now.
Since there's a lot of different functionality in i915_irq.c I've
decided to split it into different sections and pull in just the
relevant functions. Splitting into different files looks like a lot
more work since the interrupt handlers do an awful lot of reuse all
over.

SKL stage 1 patches still need polish so will likely miss the 3.18
merge window. We've decided to postpone to 3.19 so let's pull this in
to make patch merging and conflict handling easier.

I shouldn't ask everyone to do this and fail myself ...
This extracts all the frontbuffer tracking functions into
intel_frontbuffer.c, adds a DOC overview section and also adds the
missing kerneldoc for i915_gem_track_fb and also pulls it into the
same section for convenience.
v2: Don't forget about the header files.
v3: Oops, might check compilation next time around. To make my life
easier drop the increase_pllclock from set_base_atomic since really,
it doesn't matter if you see your Oops or kgdb with a tiny bit of lag.

This patch allows users to provide a custom template format through the
new kernel command line parameter 'ima_template_fmt'. If the supplied
format is not valid, IMA uses the default template descriptor.

Pull driver core update from Greg KH:
"Here's the set of driver core patches for 3.19-rc1.
They are dominated by the removal of the .owner field in platform
drivers. They touch a lot of files, but they are "simple" changes,
just removing a line in a structure.
Other than that, a few minor driver core and debugfs changes. There
are some ath9k patches coming in through this tree that have been
acked by the wireless maintainers as they relied on the debugfs
changes.

This patch adds initial support for providing processor cache information
to userspace through sysfs interface. This is based on already existing
implementations(x86, ia64, s390 and powerpc) and hence the interface is
intended to be fully compatible.
The main purpose of this generic support is to avoid further code
duplication to support new architectures and also to unify all the existing
different implementations.
This implementation maintains the hierarchy of cache objects which reflects
the system's cache topology. Cache devices are instantiated as needed as
CPUs come online. The cache information is replicated per-cpu even if they are
shared. A per-cpu array of cache information maintained is used mainly for
sysfs-related book keeping.
It also implements the shared_cpu_map attribute, which is essential for
enabling both kernel and user-space to discover the system's overall cache
topology.
This patch also add the missing ABI documentation for the cacheinfo sysfs
interface already, which is well defined and widely used.

in CSR A7DA SoC, uart6 located at BT module and it need multiple clock
sources, so for "sirf,marco-bt-uart" compatible uarts, drivers take 3
clock sources and enable them.
this patch also replaces clk_get by devm_clk_get function and fix DT
binding document in which we missed to fix when we added marco platform
in commit 909102db44f "serial: sirf: add support for Marco chip".

Dedicated CTS and RTS pins are unusable together with a lot of other
peripherals because they share the same line. Pinctrl is limited.
Moreover, the AUART controller doesn't handle DTR/DSR/DCD/RI signals,
so we have to control them via GPIO.
This patch permits to use GPIOs to control the CTS/RTS/DTR/DSR/DCD/RI
signals.

The low-level uart driver may modify termios settings to override
settings that are not compatible with the uart, such as CRTSCTS.
Thus, callers of the low-level uart driver's set_termios() method must
hold termios_rwsem write lock to prevent concurrent access to termios,
in case such override occurs.
The termios_rwsem lock requirement does not extend to console setup
(ie., uart_set_options), as console setup cannot race with tty
operations. Nor does this lock requirement extend to functions which
cannot be concurrent with tty ioctls (ie., uart_port_startup() and
uart_resume_port()).
Further, always claim the port mutex to protect hardware
re-reprogramming in the set_termios() uart driver method. Note this
is unnecessary for console initialization in uart_set_options()
which cannot be concurrent with other uart operations.

Armada 375 comes with an USB2 host and device controller and an USB3
controller. The USB cluster control register allows to manage common
features of both USB controllers. This commit adds the Device Tree
binding documentation for this piece of hardware.

Describe the binding for the Marvell MVEBU SATA phy. This driver

Exynos7 SoC has now separate gate control for 125MHz pipe3 phy
clock, as well as 60MHz utmi phy clock.
Additionally, separate gate control is available for the clock
used for ITP (Isochronous Transfer Packet) generation.
So get the same and control in the phy-exynos5-usbdrd driver.

This time, a very pull request with 216 non-merge
commits. Most of the commits contained here are
sparse or coccinelle fixes ranging from missing
'static' to returning 0 in case of errors.
More importantly, we have the removal the now
unnecessary 'driver' argument to ->udc_stop().
DWC2 learned about Dual-Role builds. Users of
this IP can now have a single driver built for
host and device roles.
DWC3 got support for two new HW platforms: Exynos7
and AMD.
The Broadcom USB 3.0 Device Controller IP is now
supported and so is PLX USB338x, which means DWC3
has lost is badge as the only USB 3.0 peripheral
IP supported on Linux.
Thanks for Tony Lindgren's work, we can now have
a distro-like kernel where all MUSB glue layers
can be built into the same kernel (statically
or dynamically linked) and it'll work in PIO (DMA
will come probably on v3.20).
Other than these, the usual set of cleanups and
non-critical fixes.

DWC3 controller on Exynos7 SoC has separate control for
AXI UpScaler which connects DWC3 DRD controller to AXI bus.
Get the gate clock for the same to control it across power
cycles.
