This adds support for reading display timings from DT into a struct
display_timings. The of_display_timing implementation supports multiple
subnodes. All children are read into an array, that can be queried.
If no native mode is specified, the first subnode will be used.
For cases where the graphics driver knows there can be only one
mode description or where the driver only supports one mode, a helper
function of_get_videomode is added, that gets a struct videomode from DT.

Pull MFS updates from Samuel Ortiz:
"This is the MFD pull request for the 3.9 merge window.
No new drivers this time, but a bunch of fairly big cleanups:
- Roger Quadros worked on a OMAP USBHS and TLL platform data
consolidation, OMAP5 support and clock management code cleanup.
- The first step of a major sync for the ab8500 driver from Lee
Jones. In particular, the debugfs and the sysct interfaces got
extended and improved.
- Peter Ujfalusi sent a nice patchset for cleaning and fixing the
twl-core driver, with a much needed module id lookup code
improvement.
- The regular wm5102 and arizona cleanups and fixes from Mark Brown.
- Laxman Dewangan extended the palmas APIs in order to implement the
palmas GPIO and rt drivers.
- Laxman also added DT support for the tps65090 driver.
- The Intel SCH and ICH drivers got a couple fixes from Aaron Sierra
and Darren Hart.
- Linus Walleij patchset for the ab8500 driver allowed ab8500 and
ab9540 based devices to switch to the new abx500 pin-ctrl driver.
- The max8925 now has device tree and irqdomain support thanks to
Qing Xu.
- The recently added rtsx driver got a few cleanups and fixes for a
better card detection code path and now also supports the RTS5227
chipset, thanks to Wei Wang and Roger Tseng."

This patch adds device tree parsing for gpio_ir_recv platform_data and
the mandatory binding documentation. It basically follows what we already
have for e.g. gpio_keys. All required device tree properties are OS
independent but an optional property allows linux specific support for rc
maps.

The PAMU caches use the LIODNs to determine which cache lines hold the
entries for the corresponding LIODs. The LIODNs must therefore be
carefully assigned to avoid cache thrashing -- two active LIODs with
LIODNs that put them in the same cache line.
Currently, LIODNs are statically assigned by U-Boot, but this has
limitations. LIODNs are assigned even for devices that may be disabled
or unused by the kernel. Static assignments also do not allow for device
drivers which may know which LIODs can be used simultaneously. In
other words, we really should assign LIODNs dynamically in Linux.
To do that, we need to describe the PAMU device and cache topologies in
the device trees.

"This contains parts of the ARM KVM support that have dependencies on
other patches merged through the arm-soc tree. In combination with
patches coming through Russell's tree, this will finally add full
support for the kernel based virtual machine on ARM, which has been

booting that is used by both Xen and KVM, separating these from the

Numerous updates to the various Tegra device trees are made:
* Addition of NVIDIA Beaver (Tegra30) and Toradex Colibri T20 and Iris
carrier boards.
* Enablement of the HDMI connector on most boards.
* Enablement of the keyboard controller on a few boards.
* Addition of the AC'97 controller to Tegra20.
* Addition of a GPIO poweroff node for TrimSlice.
* Changes to support the new "high speed UART" (DMA-capable) driver for
Tegra serial ports, and enablement for Cardhu's UART C.
* A few cleanups, such as compatible flag fixes, node renames, node

This adds the device tree for the Toradex Iris carrier board used
together with a Colibri T20 512MB COM.
The Iris has the following features, in brackets the current status:
- DVI and VGA output through DVI-I connector (DVI-D enabled and tested)
- LVDS output
- 1 USB host port (enabled and tested)
- 1 USB OTG port (enabled)
- 100 MBit Ethernet (enabled and tested)
- 5 UART ports (2 on 10way headers enabled and tested)
- 1 MicroSD Slot (enabled and tested)
- Audio connectors (enabled, only HP out and Line-in tested)
- i2c RTC
- GPIO connector (enabled, only sparsely tested)
- external i2c bus
- 4 PWM out
- analog in

This adds the device tree include file for the Toradex Colibri T20
Computer on Module (COM). It's only valid for the 512MB RAM version of
the module, as the 256MB version needs different EMC tables and flash
configuration. To make this clear the suffix -512 was added to the board
compatible string.
The Colibri T20 uses a Tegra20 SoC and has onboard USB Ethernet and AC97
sound.
Still some things like onboard NAND support missing, but should be a
good base for further development.

This moves over the MMC/SD card support to the device tree probe
path. The special GPIO to bias the card detect line is kept,
but the pin property is moved to the device tree as part of
the MMC/SD card node.

This converts the SMSC91x ethernet controller to use device
tree. The existing solution from the board file, to request the
GPIO triggering the ethernet IRQ from the board file is kept
for the time being, but the GPIO number assignment is moved
over to the device tree.

This adds the FSMC NAND driver and flash partitions to the Nomadik
device tree.
The only compatible string accepted by this driver is currently
"st,spear600-fsmc-nand" which is inappropriate for this system, so
this patch adds the compatible value "stericsson,fsmc-nand" as
well.

Support basic device tree boot on the Nomadik. Implement the
support in the cpu file with the intent of deleting the board
files later. At this stage IRQ controllers, system timer,
l2x0 cache, UARTs and thus console boot is fully functional.
Patch out the code adding devices by initcalls for now so
as not to disturb the boot.

ARM: tegra: USB driver cleanup
The Tegra USB driver has a number of issues:
1) The PHY driver isn't a true platform device, and doesn't implement
the standard USB PHY API.
2) struct device instance numbers were used to make decisions in the
driver, rather than being parameterized by DT or platform data.
This pull request solves issue (2), and lays the groundwork for solving
issue (1). The work on issue (1) involved introducing new DT nodes for
the USB PHYs, which in turn interacted with the Tegra common clock
framework changes, due to the move of clock lookups into device tree.
Hence, these USB driver changes are taken through the Tegra tree with
acks from USB maintainers.
This pull request is based on the previous pull request, with tag
tegra-for-3.9-soc-ccf.

ARM: tegra: Common Clock Framework rework
Tegra already supports the common clock framework, but had issues:
1) The clock driver was located in arch/arm/mach-tegra/ rather than
drivers/clk/.
2) A single "Tegra clock" type was implemented, rather than separate
clock types for PLL, mux, divider, ... type in HW.
3) Clock lookups by device drivers were still driven by device name
and connection ID, rather than through device tree.
This pull request solves all three issues. This required some DT changes
to add clocks properties, and driver changes to request clocks more
"correctly". Finally, this rework allows all AUXDATA to be removed from
Tegra board files, and various duplicate clock lookup entries to be
removed from the driver.
This pull request is based on the previous pull request, with tag
tegra-for-3.9-cleanup.

The Tegra20 CAR (Clock And Reset) Controller controls most aspects of
most clocks within Tegra20. The device tree binding models this as a
single monolithic clock provider, which exports many clocks. This reduces
the number of nodes needed in device tree to represent these clocks.
This binding is only useful for Tegra20; the set of clocks that exists on
Tegra30 is sufficiently different to merit its own binding.

In case ELM module available, omap2 NAND driver can opt for hardware
correction method for bit flip errors in NAND flash with BCH. Hence the
detection of ELM module is done through devicetree population of elm_id.
This patch update device tree documentation for gpmc-nand for elm-id
data population.
