Add compatible "fsl,mpic-msi-v4.3" for MPIC v4.3. MPIC v4.3 contains
MSIIR and MSIIR1. MSIIR supports 8 MSI registers and MSIIR1 supports
16 MSI registers, but uses different IBS and SRS shift. When using
MSIR1, the interrupt number is not consecutive. It is hard to use
'msi-available-ranges' to describe the ranges of the available
interrupt, so MPIC v4.3 does not support this property.

This patchset renames all uses of "bcm," name bindings to
"brcm," as they were done prior to knowing that brcm had
already been standardized as Broadcom vendor prefix
(in Documentation/devicetree/bindings/vendor-prefixes.txt).
This will not cause any churn on devices because none of
these bindings have made it into production yet.

Some synopsys ip implementation doesn't support DMA store and forward mode,
such as BF60x. So, set force_thresh_dma_mode to use DMA thresholds only.

Some boards require custom PHY configuration, for example due to trace
length differences. Add the ability to configure these registers in
order to get the PHY to function on boards that need it.
Because PHYs are auto-detected based on MDIO device IDs, allow PHY
configuration to be specified in the parent Ethernet device node if no
PHY device node is present.

The MOXA UC-711X hardware(s) has an ethernet controller that seem
to be developed internally. The IC used is "RTL8201CP".
Since there is no public documentation, this driver is mostly the
one published by MOXA that has been heavily cleaned up / ported
from linux 2.6.9.

The exynos4 platform is only dt-based since 3.10, we should convert driver data
and ids to dt-based parsing methods. The rotator driver has a limit table to get
size limit of input picture. Each SoCs has slightly different limit value
compared with any others.
For example, exynos4210's max_size of RGB888 is 16k x 16k. But, others have
8k x 8k. Another example the exynos5250 should have multiple of 2 pixel size
for its X/Y axis. Thus, we should keep different tables for each of them.
This patch also includes desciptions of each nodes for the rotator and specifies
a example how to bind it.

The I2C Transaction Generator offloads CPU from managing I2C
transfer step by step.
This feature is currently only available on Armada XP, so usage of
this mechanism is activated through device tree.
Based on the work of Piotr Ziecik and rewrote to use the new way of
handling multiples i2c messages.

Pull sound updates from Takashi Iwai:
"Changes are seen in a wide range of codes, mainly due to ASoC DAPM
requirements; HD-audio shows a high peak in diffstat, it's just a
removal of bunch of old static quirks.
Some highlights:
- HDPM: Updates for AIO/RayDAT support, TCO/sync support
- RME96: Add PCM sync support
- HD-audio:
* A few HDMI/DP audio updates (CA assignment fix, stream switching
fix, Intel DP device list support)
* Device specific fixes (ASUS/CXT HP mic support, Thinkpad mic
improvements, Chromebook fixes, STAC9228 Dell fixes)
* Replace the all static quirks for AD codecs with the generic
parser
* WAKEEN support for handling irqs in the power saving mode
- USB-audio: Clean up implicit fb handling and related codes
- DAPM is now mandatory for ASoC CODEC drivers; all existing drivers
have had some level of DAPM support added. In addition, a lot of
cleanups and improvements in DAPM.
- Support for ASoC cross-platform compile test
- New drivers and support for Analog Devices ADAU1702 and
ADAU1401(a), Asahi Kasei Microdevices AK4554, Atmel AT91ASM9x5 and
WM8904 based machines, Freescale S/PDIF and SSI AC'97, Renesas
R-Car SoCs, Samsung Exynos5420 SoCs, Texas Instruments PCM1681 and
PCM1792A and Wolfson Microelectronics WM8997
- DT bindings for kirkwood and i.MX S/PDIF
- Clean up and bug fixes: ssm2602, rt5640 and sgtl5000.
- Core helpers for bitbanged AC'97 reset"

This patch adds DT support to the audio subsystem of the mvebu family
(Kirkwood, Dove, Armada 370).

This patch implements a device-tree-only machine driver for Freescale
i.MX series Soc. It works with spdif_transmitter/spdif_receiver and
fsl_spdif.c drivers.

Due to the variable availability of the clock API there is no code in the
driver to use these at present, for the time being the machine drivers
will need to handle requesting clocks.

Currently there is no specific handling for it but the tlv320aic3106 is
supported using this driver.

The driver supports a range of devices but currently doesn't allow those
device names to be used for enumeration on DT. Add the currently listed
I2C IDs as compatible strings.

Add a Mic Jack widget to the Tegra+RT5640 machine driver, and document
this in the DT binding. This enables the DT to include the Mic Jack in
the audio routing table, and hence enables capture of audio, in addition
to the previously-working playback.
