During roaming the connected AP's operating channel is used instead of
preauth channel to fetch the band, based on which the data rate is set.
Due to this incorect data rate is set.
To address this, use the preauth channel during roaming to fetch the band
and set the data rate accordingly.

When leave ibss is called, disconnect ibss command is posted to
SME and leave ibss function returns without waiting for disconnect
to get complete.
Now if unload is started before ibss disconnect is completed, as
part of stop adapter again ibss disconnect command is posted to SME
as HDD state is still not disconnected.
The first disconnect sets the BSSID to zero and thus once second
disconnect calls disconnect handler, warning is seen as BSSID passed
to ipa event handler is zero.
As part of fix add wait for disconnect completion in leave ibss and
move the BSSID check after SAP device mode check.

wlan_queue_logmsg_for_app is called while holding spin lock with
interrupts disabled. It may call pr_info to log if node is dropped
while sending to user space.
This may cause interrupts disabled for some time.
As part of fix remove all pr_info from wlan_queue_logmsg_for_app.

Even though MCC is disabled by gEnableMCCMode ini, driver try to
roam to APs which may cause MCC but as MCC is disable the roaming
fails eventually in CSR while trying to connect to the new profile.
Driver creates a preauth session which is not deleted upon failure.
The session sme state is eLIM_SME_WT_REASSOC_STATE and thus fresh
scan required is set to false and cached scan result are returned.
Do not add the APs which cause MCC scenario, in preauth candidate
list if MCC is disabled.

If ieee80211w=2 or pmf=2 is an explicit configuration in the
supplicant configuration MFPEnabled is set and driver assume it
as a PMF required connection, even if AP is in open security
mode.
Now when disconnect is received from supplicant driver sends a
protected deauth and assert is observed as firmware do not have
any valid key.
To fix this if ieee80211w=2 or pmf=2 is an explicit configuration
in the supplicant configuration but peer AP is non-PMF drop the
connection request.

There is a potential deadlock scenario with a spin lock between
a tasklet and a thread context. Fix it by using spin_lock_bh
because that will disable bottom halves on that CPU and thus
prevent a dead lock that could otherwise occur if the process
context code took the lock and then a software IRQ was run which
attempt to acquire the same lock.

In hdd_wlan_re_init(), SSR timer is deleted and isLogpInProgress is set to FALSE
but between these two there are NL socket related calls which can sleep
under low memory conditions (or etc) because of which timer is deleted but
isLogpInProgress is not reset to FALSE. This can potentially fail the
south-bound requests for a brief amount of time.
Hence it is always better to delete the SSR timer only after
isLogpInProgress is reset to FALSE.

With the current implementation, if framework issues load twice for the
same mode, then driver unloads and returns failure to framework which
results in failure to turn on the STA if SAP is ON and vice versa.
To mitigate this issue, return success if driver load request
is requested twice for same mode without unloading the driver.

Fix incorrect logic to disable hi_rssi feature.
Both hi_rssi_scan_rssi_delta and neighborLookupThreshold are

the feature. The HI_RSSI threshold is the difference
between the lookup threshold and the hi_rssi delta.

During P2P functionality, Host will send GO NEG REQ and
receives ACK completion from firmware which will be queued
to indicate HDD. Meanwhile if host receives GO-NEG RESP it
will be sent directly to HDD via function callback. In HDD as
we got GO NEG RESP before ACK completion for GO-NEG REQ, HDD
will generate pkt completion for GO NEG Request.
Now GO NEG CONFORMATION frame will be sent and driver will be
expecting completion for this. The GO NEG REQ ACK completion
which got buffered in PE will be delivered to Supplicant and
Supplicant assumes that this is the ACK for GO NEG CONF frame.
This causes early termination of remain on channel due to which
firmware may drop the GO NEG CONF frame and may not retry as ROC
is terminated.
Fix this by making ACK Completion indication to HDD via function
callback.

GTX use this parameter to drop TPC and in turn TPC drop is the cause
for mcs rate drop and may happen in higher percentage. This change,
provide a way to select the desired value and reduce mcs-8 usage to
2% from 8%.
