In 11d, if device is in conncurrent STA+AP mode, if user terminates AP session
the country information is not being updated after a scan/connect though there
is no active AP session.
Fix this by checking the active session of AP rather than interface presence.

When there is an get_station request from the upper layer during roaming,
the driver returns a cached rssi value but it dosent set the "sinfo->filled"
(station_info_flags) bit flag for the NL80211_STA_INFO_SIGNAL. If this flag
is not set the kernel dosen't update the cached rssi value to upper layer.
To mitigate this issue, set the "sinfo->filled" when returning the
cached value to the upper layer during roaming.

Few logs for hdd_RoamTdlsStatusUpdateHandler() and
htt_rx_amsdu_rx_in_order_pop_ll() is printing
quite often and spamming the logs. These logs are
not for error.
Hence moving these logs to info log level.

sta_connected flag check may fail when handle WLAN_STA_CONNECT event.
This will cause enable-ipa operation get skipped for the connect
operation. If a disconnect operation follows, it will invoke fw to
disable the ipa. Fw considers ipa to be disabled by default, so fw
will consider it be double-disable and trigger the crash.

As per the 80211 spec, except for setup req and resp frames all
other TDLS management frames shall be transmitted with AC VI. But
this may cause packet check failure for WMM certification-STAUT
-5.2.31 when Admission control is enable for VI.
To overcome this issue discard discovery request and setup cfm
frame when ACM is set for AC VI.

In wma_remove_peer, sometimes when peer detach is in progress,
and it has set the peer as invalid, but WMI_PEER_DELETE_CMDID
is still not sent to FW, so msdu for the peer still can be
received. In htt_rx_amsdu_rx_in_order_pop_ll, it will print
a lot of error log, which will cause watch dog.
So the change is sending peer delete cmd to FW firstly, then
processing peer detach in host.

Android WiFi roaming can be initiated by either the framework or
firmware without notifying each other. Roaming can be started by both
framework and firmware at the same or very close time, which makes them
step on each other's toes.
Add following change to achieve this.
1. If framework sends disable roam, driver to return wait indication
conveyed through EBUSY to framework if roaming is in progress.
This can help framework to defer out-network roaming. Otherwise
disable roaming.

In current CLD 2.0 driver, skb's are allocated for:
1) WMI command communication with target.
2) Target to host RX data reception.
Assert if someone tries to double free or don't
free the memory allocated earlier by driver.
Define a hash table to track all SKBs allocated by driver.
Print the hash table while unloading driver to catch
skb leakers.

During wifi unload, to clear the endpoint receive callback for the htt,
get target handle from global context directly rather than passing
handle as an argument in disconnect service during pdev detach.
This is to avoid any invalid access to freed target memory as in case
of vos_close, where handle is destroyed before detaching pdev.

"qcacld-2.0: Set RM capability independent of AP's capability".
This change is causing IoT issue with AP doesn't support 11k.
Also this change was already reverted as part of commit
I4e521dbdbdd5b083360405f26913278788c86555, however the revert
was not complete. Apply a clean revert for updating Capability

As per the current code, upon receiving the disassociation frame
AP, DUT-STA disconnects from the AP link but not tearing down the
TDLS link with peer by sending deauth with reason code 3.So when
AP comes up again TDLS link is not establishing between the
peers.
Fix is to delete all connected TDLS peers upon receiving
disassociation framefrom AP.

if system is already in BMPS, it won't come out of it which can
result in drop of TDLS discovery response.

Return failure, on receiving unregistered dump command. so that

Commit I910edfddf3ea64bc3000b6e7803dc57a50399dbb use variable length
for extcapie, which may cause extcapie length increase. If get
dot11f payload size first, then merge extcapie, when the extcapie
size inceases, the payload size is smaller than real packet size,
due to which dot11f packet pack will fail.
This change is to merge extcapie before get dot11f payload size.

Once a peer sta's power state changes, fw will send
WMI_PEER_STA_PS_STATECHG_EVENTID to host. Host converts
the WMI event to NL80211 attributes and sends a NL80211
vendor message.
Once host receives HTT_T2H_MSG_TYPE_TX_COMPL_IND with a
unseccussful status, host will convert the indication into
NL80211 vendor attributes and send NL80211 vendor message.
Vendor command QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_LL_STATS_EXT(127)
is introduced by this change.

When EGAP is enabled, configure EGAP parameters to firmware, and do
nothing for GAP.
When EGAP is disabled, need refine GAP in below situation.
AP+STA concurrency mode
When starts STA in case of AP existence, GREEN_AP_PS_STOP_EVENT
will be triggered, at this time need to set green_ap->ps_enable
as 0 and send firmware WMI_PDEV_GREEN_AP_PS_ENABLE_CMDID with
value 0.
When stops STA in case of AP existence, abandon using of
GREEN_AP_PS_IDLE_STATE, because once in GREEN_AP_PS_IDLE_STATE,
more than one GREEN_AP_PS_START_EVENT are needed to achieve
the GREEN_AP_PS_ON_STATE. Use GREEN_AP_PS_OFF_STATE instead.
AP mode
Remove hdd_wlan_green_ap_start_bss/hdd_wlan_green_ap_stop_bss
in eSAP_START_BSS_EVENT/eSAP_STOP_BSS_EVENT, becasue SME
session id is invalid in the context of eSAP_STOP_BSS_EVENT.
Add hdd_wlan_green_ap_start_bss/hdd_wlan_green_ap_stop_bss in
__wlan_hdd_cfg80211_start_ap/__wlan_hdd_cfg80211_stop_ap instead.
AP+AP mode
In hdd_wlan_green_ap_stop_bss, only trigger
GREEN_AP_PS_STOP_EVENT when the last AP stops.

IPA perf level is updated in bus_bw timer which is triggered periodly.
If do not reset the IPA perf level when this timer stopping, the ipa
perf level could be remained in a invalid state.

The context memory could be overwritten in the
callback due to no spinlock protection of context
in sme_PsOffloadDisablePowerSave API.
Fix is to take the context lock and clear the magic.

Connect request will be dishonored if apps power collapses immediately
after updating the sched scan results to supplicant.
To mitigate this issue, take a wakelock for 1 second before updating
the sched scan results to supplicant.

To shorten the SAP starting time, the OBSS scan
can be skipped if the ACS scan is performed
and the ACS scan channels cover the OBSS scan
channel list.
This change caches the ACS channel list and
skip the OBSS scan if necessary.
