cnss: Add Pinctrl Framework to control antenna sharing GPIO 38
Initialize PinCtrl Framework for SDIO platforms to support antenna
sharing.
The antenna sharing is enabled only for platform which has PCIe QCA
and SDIO QCA chipsets.
